Description

Cord having integral stopper and mold for making the same

The present invention relates to a cord used in earphones, and more particularly, a cord having an integrated stopper for aligning a plurality of copper wires (wires) in a line at the end of the cord, and a plurality of copper wires in a line at the end of the cord. A mold for forming a stopper at the end of a cord to be aligned.

In general, cord refers to a flexible wire with insulation. Cords, also called cables, are arranged in a number of copper wires inside a protective sheath made of PVC or urethane. Copper wire is usually made of copper, but it is called enameled wire because it is coated with enamel. The cord may be divided into four cores, eight cores, and 14 cores depending on the number of copper wires. In addition to the copper wire, the cord may further include a tensile line called a piano wire to increase the tensile force of the cord.

Earphones are small speakers used in portable audio equipment. The earphone is made of a cord for connecting the speaker unit and the speaker unit to be plugged into the user's ear. At the tip of the cord, a connection jack for connecting to a portable audio device is installed. The earphone is provided with a single wire cord and a double wire cord. A cord connected to each of the two speaker units is a single cord, and a cord connected to one of the two cords and a second jack is called a double cord.

On the other hand, in recent years, a remote controller device equipped with a switch for operating a microphone or a portable audio device is installed in the middle of the earphone cord. The remote controller device includes a circuit board on which a text switch and the like are mounted, and a case for accommodating the circuit board and fixing the cord so that the cord is not easily separated. In general, the case is divided into an upper case and a lower case, and semicircular through holes through which cords penetrate are formed at both ends.

Therefore, when installing the remote controller in the middle portion of the cord, first, the protective shell at the end of the cord is peeled off a certain length to expose a plurality of copper wires to the outside. Then unwind the twisted copper wire and straighten it, and then deviate a certain length from the endothelial at the end of the copper wire. The exposed copper wires correspond to the connection terminals formed on the circuit board, and then soldered. Then, the installation of the remote controller is completed by combining the upper case and the lower case to press the cord through the through hole so that the cord does not fall out.

On the other hand, when the cord is pulled out while using the earphone equipped with the remote controller, there is a problem that the amount of connection is generated by disconnecting the copper wire connected to the connection terminal of the circuit board. To prevent this, a stopper is installed at the end of the cord.

The stopper is integrally fixed to the protective sheath of the cord and is formed to a size that cannot pass through the through hole of the case. Therefore, if the upper case and the lower case are combined while the stopper is positioned inside the case, the cord installed in the case does not fall out even when the cord is pulled out.

For this purpose, a stopper of a certain size has been conventionally provided at the end of the cord. 8 shows a code with a stopper according to the prior art. As shown, the stopper 30 provided at the end of the conventional cord 10 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the protective sheath 15 of the cord 10. That is, conventionally, the stopper 30 is provided at a position spaced apart from the end of the protective shell 15 to the rear by a predetermined distance. Therefore, the conventional stopper 30 is only fixed to the protective sheath 10, and does not fix the copper wire 11 extending from the inside of the protective sheath 10.

Therefore, the conventional stopper 30 only performs a function that is not easily separated from the remote controller or a case for installing the code 10, and has no additional function. Accordingly, the conventional stopper has the advantage that the structure of the mold for fixing or forming the stopper is simple and easy to process, but when installing a remote controller in the middle of the cord, a plurality of copper wires that are twisted with each other are straightened by a field worker. Next, it is necessary to deviate a certain length of the inner line of the copper wire and to align the copper wire from side to side according to the arrangement of the connection terminals.

Therefore, the operation of connecting the conventional code to the remote controller, etc. takes a lot of time, and there is a problem in that a poor connection occurs because the copper wire is not properly aligned.

The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art, the main purpose of the present invention is to connect the cord to the remote controller, etc. by aligning a plurality of copper wires in a left and right line by using a stopper provided integrally at the end of the cord, The cord and the end of the cord are integrally provided with a stopper that can solve the inconvenience that the field worker has to loosen and arrange a plurality of twisted copper wires and arrange them in a row, and then find the copper wires corresponding to the connection terminals. In order to provide a mold for forming a stopper in a state in which a plurality of copper wires exposed to the outside in a line aligned.

As a means for achieving the above object, the cord is integrally provided with a stopper according to the present invention,

In a cord consisting of a protective sheath surrounding a plurality of copper wires coated with endothelial,

The stopper is integrally formed with a plastic material at an end of the cord, and the stopper is configured to fix together a plurality of copper wires which are exposed to the outside from the end of the protective sheath of the cord and the ends of the protective sheath and are arranged in a left and right line together. Characterized in that formed.

In addition, the mold for molding the stopper,

In the mold for forming a stopper consisting of an upper mold and a lower mold so as to form a stopper at the end of the cord,

The upper mold and the lower mold provided with a cavity for forming a stopper on the surface facing each other,

On one side of the cavity is formed a code through groove through which the protective sheath of the cord so that the cord can be inserted into the cavity,

The other side of the cavity is formed to be spaced apart at regular intervals a plurality of copper wire through grooves exposed to the outside from the end of the cord horizontally penetrating the cavity through which a plurality of copper-coated copper wire passes through,

The cord settled portion is formed at the rear of the cord through groove so that the cord can pass through the upper mold and the lower mold to escape to the outside.

A copper bow for a certain size is formed in front of the copper through groove to facilitate the settlement of the plurality of copper wires in a line.

The copper settled portion is characterized in that it comprises two fixing pins are inserted and fixed to the protective sheath of the cord placed in the cord through groove.

According to the present invention, since a plurality of copper wires are aligned in a left and right line by a stopper formed integrally at the end of the cord, when assembling the cord to the remote controller or soldering the cord to the connection terminal of the circuit board, the assembly time is reduced and defects are eliminated. Productivity can be greatly increased by preventing occurrence, and since the stopper is fixed by the upper case and the lower case, there is an effect of preventing the cord from being separated or the connection amount of the connection terminal from occurring.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail with respect to the cord and the mold for it is provided with a stopper according to the present invention.

First, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the cord 10 is integrally provided with a stopper according to the present invention, the cord 10 and the cord 10 of a predetermined length to be used in connection with electronic products such as earphones It consists of a stopper 30 formed integrally with the end. At this time, the cord 10 is made of a protective sheath 15 surrounding a plurality of copper wire (11).

The stopper 30 is made of a plastic material, and is formed to include a plurality of copper wires 11 extending outward from an end of the protective sheath 15 and an end of the protective sheath 15.

Preferably, the stopper 30 is insert injected to include an end of the protective shell 15 and a plurality of copper wires 11. In this case, the plurality of copper wires 11 are arranged in a line to the left and right to facilitate connection to a connection terminal such as a printed circuit board.

To this end, a plurality of copper wires 11 are arranged side by side on the front part 31 of the stopper 30, and on the contrary, one cord 10 is fixed to the rear part 33 of the stopper 30. In addition, the front portion 31 is wide in the left and right width direction and the rear portion 33 is formed in a narrow shape, the side portion 34 is formed between the front portion 31 and the rear portion 33.

In addition, a predetermined curved portion 36 may be formed on the side portion 34 so that the stopper 30 may be fixed to a case to be described later. For example, the curved portion 36 has a shape corresponding to the high information formed integrally with the case.

The cord 10 provided with such a stopper is insert-inserted using a mold described later. 3 shows an example of a mold 100 for molding a cord having an integrated stopper according to the present invention.

As shown, the mold 100 according to the present invention consists of an upper mold 130 and a lower mold 150. The upper mold 130 can be opened and closed up and down, the lower mold 150 is provided with a take-out means for separating the upper mold 130. And the upper mold 130 and the lower mold 150 is provided with a guide means for guiding opening and closing.

A cavity 170 corresponding to the shape of the stopper 30 is formed on the contact surface of the upper mold 130 and the lower mold 150. The upper mold 130 is formed with an upper cavity 170a for forming the upper end of the stopper 30, and the lower mold 150 is formed with a lower cavity 170b for forming the lower end of the stopper 30.

Hereinafter will be described with reference to the lower cavity (170b) formed in the lower mold 150, but the same applies to the upper cavity (170a) formed in the upper mold (130).

In the lower mold 150, the cavity 170 has a size and shape that may include an end of the cord 10 and a plurality of copper wires 11 exposed to the outside from the end of the cord 10. Preferably, one side of the cavity 170 is formed with a cord through groove 173 through which the protective shell 15 of the cord 10 passes. The cord through groove 173 is installed so that the cord 10 penetrates and is positioned inside the cavity 170. The cord through groove 173 is formed in a semi-circular shape when the upper mold 130 and the lower mold 150 are combined to form a circular shape surrounding the protective shell 15 of the cord 10.

In addition, on the other side of the cavity 170 in which the cord through groove 173 is formed, a plurality of copper wire through grooves 175 through which a plurality of copper wires 11 coated with endothelial 13 are formed are spaced at a predetermined interval. . That is, the copper wire through groove 175 is installed so that a plurality of copper wires 11 protruding from the end of the cord 10 penetrating the cavity 170 horizontally.

Preferably, the copper wire through groove 175 is formed in a semi-circular shape when combining the upper mold 130 and the lower mold 150, it is in the form of a plurality of circular to wrap each of the copper wire (11). At this time, the copper wire through groove 175 is spaced apart from each other, each of the copper wire through groove 175 is sealed by the upper mold 130 and the lower mold 150.

Subsequently, a cord settlement portion 174 having a predetermined size is formed at the rear of the cord through groove 173. The cord settlement portion 174 has a predetermined depth so that a worker's finger can be inserted when the cord 10 is inserted into the cord through groove 173, and the rear side thereof is opened to open the cord 10 to the outside of the mold. Allow it to be pulled out.

In addition, a copper bow portion 176 of a predetermined size is formed in front of the copper wire through groove 175. The copper player 176 is made of a size sufficient to facilitate the operator to align the plurality of copper wire 11 in the copper wire through groove 175. At this time, the front part for the player 176 is also opened so that the operator's work is convenient.

Meanwhile, two fixing pins 172 are installed in the cord setter 174 to fix the cord 10 placed in the cord through groove 173. The two fixing pins 172 are vertically installed at a predetermined distance so that the cord 10 is closely inserted. Therefore, when inserting the cord 10 can be easily fixed by sandwiching between the fixing pin 172.

As described above, the cavity 170 formed in the upper mold 130 and the lower mold 150 has a plurality of copper wires 11 protruding outward from the tip of the cord 10 and the tip of the cord 10. It is formed so as to wrap part of it. At this time, the cord 10 deviates from the protective shell 15 of the tip by a predetermined length so that the plurality of copper wires 11 are exposed to the outside. In addition, the copper wire 11 exposes the endothelium 13 at its tip by a predetermined length.

In this case, the cord 10 inserted into the cavity 170 of the lower mold 150 allows the plurality of copper wires 11 protruding from the tip of the protective shell 15 to be aligned at regular intervals. That is, when inserting the cord 10 into the cavity 170, the plurality of copper wires 11 spirally twisted are released and inserted into the copper wire through groove 175 in a straight state. As such, the plurality of copper wires 11 are inserted into the copper wire through grooves 175 such that the plurality of copper wires 11 are aligned at regular intervals.

Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 3, the mold 100 further includes a gate 180 for injecting the molten resin forming the stopper. One side of the gate 180 is connected to the cavity 170 and the other side is connected to the injection hole 181 formed on the upper surface of the upper mold 130. Therefore, molten resin is injected into the gate 180 through the injection hole 181 to supply molten resin into the cavity 170.

In addition, the extraction line 185 for separating the upper mold 130 is installed in the copper wire receiving groove 176 of the lower mold 150. That is, the pressing plate 186 is attached to the lower end of the extraction pin 185. Accordingly, when the pressing plate 186 is pushed upward, the extraction pin 185 moves upward to separate the upper mold 130 from the lower mold 150.

Hereinafter, a process of forming the stopper 30 in the cord 10 by using the mold 100 according to the present invention will be described.

First, the operator inserts the cord 10 in which the protective shell 15 is stripped to a predetermined length in a state in which the upper mold 130 is separated, to the lower mold 150. At this time, the tip of the cord 10 is located in the center of the cavity 170. Then, the plurality of copper wires 11 protruding to the tip of the protective shell 15 are straightened and inserted into the corresponding copper wire through grooves 175, respectively. The front end of the copper wire 11 is to pass through the copper wire through groove 175 to protrude toward the copper wire receiving groove 176. The protective shell 15 of the cord 10 is inserted between the two fixing pins 172 to be firmly fixed. Then, the rear end of the cord 10 penetrates through the cord settling groove 174 while being fixed to the fixing pin 172.

Subsequently, the upper mold 130 is placed on the lower mold 150 and the upper mold 130 and the lower mold 150 are coupled along the guide means. Then, the cavity 170 between the upper mold 130 and the lower mold 150 is sealed. Then, when the molten resin is put into the gate 180 through the injection hole 181 in the state in which the cavity 170 is closed, the stopper 30 is integrally formed at the tip of the cord 10 by the resin filled in the cavity 170. Is molded.

Then, after the stopper 30 is formed, pressing the pressing plate 186 installed on the bottom surface of the lower mold 150 upwardly protrudes the extraction pin 185 to separate the upper mold 130 from the lower mold 150. Let's do it. When the upper mold 130 is separated, the stopper 30 is integrally formed by taking out the cord 10 formed from the cavity 170 and removing the gate extract attached to the stopper 30 to form the stopper according to the present invention. You will be able to produce code.

Meanwhile, a vertical pin 179 may be further formed inside the cavity 170 to form a predetermined coupling hole in the stopper 30. The coupling hole formed in the stopper 30 is coupled to the coupling protrusion formed in the case of the remote controller to prevent the stopper 30 from being separated from the case.

6 and 7, the cord 10 integrally formed with the stopper 30 according to the present invention is coupled to both left and right ends of the remote controller case 200. For example, the cord of one side is a single cord and the cord installed on the other side is a double cord. The case 200 includes an upper case 200a and a lower case 200b.

A printed circuit board 210 on which various electronic components such as a text switch is installed is installed in the lower case 200b, and connection terminals are provided at both ends of the left and right sides of the printed circuit board 210. And both ends of the lower case 200b is provided with a stopper 30 integrally provided in the cord 10. In this case, the high information 230 is integrally formed in the case 200 so as to correspond to the curved portions 36 formed on both side portions 34 of the stopper 30. Preferably the high information 230 is made of a cylindrical or cylindrical form.

Therefore, when the stopper 30 is inserted into the high information 230 of the lower case 200b and covers the upper case 200a, the stopper 30 is completely fixed between the upper and lower cases 200a and 200b. (10) can be prevented from coming off.

In addition, the cord 10 according to the present invention is a copper wire 11 in a state that is evenly aligned by the stopper 30 is aligned in a left and right line to the copper wire 11 corresponding to the connection terminal of the printed circuit board 210 It is easy to connect by soldering or the like.

As described above, the present invention connects the wire of the cord to the connection terminal by forming a stopper at the end of the cord using a predetermined mold, and arranging a plurality of wires branching at the ends of the cord in parallel at regular intervals. It is to make it easy.
