Abstract
본고안은 컨버터가 내장되는 함체와 외주면에 방열편이 방사상으로 돌설되고 엘이디 모쥴이 설치되는 방열체에 엘이디 보호커버를 씌워준 통상의 엘이디 램프를 기구본체에 나사 또는 볼트 조립에 의해 고정된 전원공급콘센트의 전원접속공에 전원공급봉이 끼워지도록 조립시켜주므로 간편하게 엘이디 램프만 부착 또 탈착 시키므로서 기구 본체를 뜯어내지 않고도 간단히 교체할 수 있게 한 엘이디 램프의 탈부착식 조명기구에 관한 것이다.The main purpose of this paper is to connect the LED lamp with the LED protection cover on the radiator housing and the outer peripheral surface of which the converter is built and the LED module is installed. 본고안은 천장내부에 매입되도록 설치하는 기구본체의 내부에 전원 공급 콘센트가 결합 고정된 것에 본출원인이 선출원한 실용신안등록출원 제2011-0000239호 「접속고정이 용이한 엘이디 램프」를 간편하게 탈부착할 수 있게 하므로서 엘이디램프에 이상이 생길 경우 조명기구 전체를 뜯어내어 교환하지 않고 엘이디 램프만 전원공급 콘센트로부터 분리시켜 교환 사용할 수 있게 한 것이다.

또한 소켓형태의 엘이디 전구를 사용하는 경우에는 소켓부분의 높이와 전구의 합하여진 높이가 높아져서 매입되는 기구본체의 높이도 높게 제작해야 했기 때문에 비경제적 이였으며 그 높이를 낮게 할 경우에는 소켓부분을 제외한 전구부분이 돌출되어질 수밖에 없어 천장면에서 전구가 노출되어져서 외관상으로도 문제점이 유발되었던 것이다.

본고안은 천장내부에 매입 설치되는 조명기구본체에 엘이디 램프를 자유롭게 조립 또는 해체 사용할 수 있게 하므로서 일반적인 백열전구나 3파장 전구를 소켓조립방식으로 조립 사용하는 것과는 달리 엘이디 램프를 두 개의 전원공급봉이 전원 접속공에 끼운다음 시계방향으로 조금만 회전시켜주면 간단하게 조립 연결 되어져 전원이 통전되게 하는 것으로 엘이디 램프의 두께가 얇아서 천장면과 거의 평활면이 되게 조립될 뿐만아니라 기구 본체의 높이도 최대한 얇게 성형 제작할 수 있어 매우 경제적이며 엘이디 램프에 이상이 발생되어도 기구 본체까지 뜯어내지 않고 엘이디 램프만 교환하여 주면 되므로 그 교체작업이 매우 간편하고 경제적인 것이다.

상기 엘이디 램프(A)는 컨버터(11)가 내장되는 함체(10)와 외주면에 방열편(21)이 방사상으로 돌설되고 엘이디 모쥴(22)이 설치되는 방열체(20)에 엘이디 보호커버(30)를 씌워서 이루어지되, 상기 전원 접속공(51)에 대응되어 컨버터(11)를 연결 접속시켜주는 전원 공급봉(12)이 구비되어,
상기 전원 공급봉(12)이 전원 접속공(51)에 끼워진 후 시계방향으로 회전됨에 따라 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 램프의 탈부착식 조명기구.
