Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of lighting equipment, in particular to an LED ceiling spotlight.
Background
The LED ceiling spotlight is a built-in lighting lamp arranged on a decorative ceiling, and is widely applied to various indoor space places such as families, hotels, commercial shops, supermarkets, experience halls, automobile 4S shops, venues, channels, various public space areas and the like. At present, the assembly of the LED ceiling spotlight in the prior art is mainly realized by fixing and assembling parts by adopting fastening members such as screws, and the assembled LED ceiling spotlight is an undetachable and integrated LED ceiling spotlight. In the prior art, an LED ceiling spotlight is mounted on a ceiling through a spring plate or a spring. When the LED spot lights with different appearances or colors are needed, the whole LED ceiling spot light needs to be replaced, the ceiling is easy to be damaged, and time and labor are wasted when the LED spot lights are detached.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention discloses an LED ceiling spotlight.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an LED ceiling spotlight comprises a light assembly, a first rotating ring, a connecting piece, a face ring, a support, a second rotating ring, a fixing ring, a light source pressing piece and a radiator.
The light assembly includes a first face cover, a light shield, a light transmissive element, and an LED light source. The first surface cover is adsorbed on the light shield through a first magnetic material on the light shield. The upper part of the light shield stretches into the first rotating ring and is connected with the first rotating ring in a buckling manner. The first rotating ring stretches into the surface ring and is in buckling connection with the surface ring. The support is fixed beside the face ring. The first rotating ring is sleeved outside the second rotating ring and fixed on the second rotating ring. The second rotating ring is adsorbed on the radiator through a third magnetic material on the radiator. The fixed ring is embedded at the lower end of the light chopper, and the light-transmitting element is clamped between the fixed ring and the light chopper. The reflector is sleeved in the light chopper, and the inner wall of the light chopper is in buckling connection with the outer wall of the radiator. The LED light source is installed in the center of light source casting die, the light source casting die is fixed in reflector upper portion.
The LED ceiling spotlight is further technically characterized by further comprising a second face cover. The diameter of the second face cover is smaller than that of the first face cover, and the second face cover is arranged above the first face cover. The center of the second face cover is provided with a square hole.
It is further characterized in that the diameter of the bottom of the light shield is larger than the diameter of the upper part. The edge of the bottom of the light shield is provided with a circle of skirt edge, a first magnetic material is fixed on the skirt edge of the light shield, and the first face cover is adsorbed on the bottom of the light shield through the first magnetic material. The outer side edge of the upper part of the light shield is provided with a first buckle. And a small hole is formed in the outer side of the bottom of the first rotating ring. The small hole position corresponds to the first buckling position. The upper part of the light shield stretches into the first rotating ring, the first buckle stretches into the small hole, and the light shield is connected with the first rotating ring in a buckling mode.
The face ring is further technically characterized in that a skirt edge is arranged at one end of the face ring. The upper part of the skirt edge of the face ring is provided with a second magnetic material.
It is further characterized in that the diameter of the first rotating ring is smaller than the diameter of the face ring. The bottom of first rotating ring is equipped with the second buckle. The inner ring of the face ring is provided with a notch. The notch corresponds to the second fastening position. The first rotating ring is sleeved in the face ring, and the second buckle is inserted into the notch.
The support is further technically characterized by comprising a rotating shaft, a first support piece, a second support piece and a screw. Holes are formed in one ends of the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece. The rotating shaft penetrates through the holes of the first supporting piece and the holes of the second supporting piece and is connected with the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece. The other ends of the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece are connected with the tooth piece, and the direction of the tooth piece is mutually perpendicular to the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece. The tooth piece of the first supporting piece and the tooth piece of the second supporting piece are sleeved on the screw rod. The screw connects the support and the face ring.
The radiator is further technically characterized in that the third magnetic material is arranged on the outer ring of the bottom of the radiator.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the parts of the LED ceiling spotlight are connected through the buckles or the magnetic materials, so that the parts of the LED ceiling spotlight can be conveniently detached, and the LED ceiling spotlight is convenient to maintain or replace after being installed.
The first surface cover and the second surface cover are respectively adsorbed on the surface ring and the light shield through magnetic materials, can be replaced and are not affected in the rotation process of the light shield.
The supporter of the invention realizes the fixation of the LED ceiling spotlight on the ceiling by the screw rod, and the damage to the ceiling during the installation or the disassembly is minimized.

Detailed Description
The following describes a specific implementation of the present embodiment with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is an explosion of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a sectional view of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an LED ceiling spotlight includes a light assembly, a first rotating ring 3, a connecting member 4, a face ring 5, a supporter 6, a second rotating ring 7, a fixing ring 8, a light source pressing member 13, and a heat sink 15.
The light assembly comprises a first cover 1, a second cover 101, a light shield 2, a light transmissive element 9 and an LED light source 14. The first cover 1 is connected to the shutter 2 by a first magnetic material 201. Specifically, the bottom diameter of the shutter 2 is larger than the upper diameter. The bottom edge of the light shield 2 is provided with a circle of skirt edge, and the skirt edge of the light shield 2 is fixed with a first magnetic material 201. The first cover 1 is attached to the first magnetic material 201, and the first cover 1 covers the bottom of the shutter 2. The outer side edge of the upper part of the light shield 2 is provided with a first buckle. The outer side of the bottom of the first rotating ring 3 is provided with a small hole, and the position of the small hole corresponds to the position of a first buckle arranged on the light shield 2. The light shield 2 is in snap connection with the first rotating ring 3, specifically, the first rotating ring 3 is sleeved on the upper portion of the light shield 2, and the first snap is inserted into the small hole to be clamped. The outer side of the bottom of the first rotating ring 3 is also provided with a second buckle. The first rotating ring 3 is in snap connection with the face ring 5, specifically, the diameter of the face ring 5 is larger than that of the first rotating ring 3, a notch is formed in the lower edge of the inner ring of the face ring 5, and the position of the notch corresponds to the second snap position of the first rotating ring 3. The face ring 5 is sleeved outside the first rotating ring 3, and the second buckle is inserted into the notch to be clamped.
The supporter 6 includes a rotation shaft 601, a first supporting piece 602, a second supporting piece 603, and a screw 604. Holes are formed at one ends of the first supporting piece 602 and the second supporting piece 603. In this embodiment, the rotating shaft 601 is a hollow rivet, and the rotating shaft 601 passes through holes of the first supporting piece 602 and the second supporting piece 603, so that the first supporting piece 602 and the second supporting piece 603 are connected. The other ends of the first supporting piece 602 and the second supporting piece 603 are connected with tooth pieces and are perpendicular to the first supporting piece 602 and the second supporting piece 603. The inner walls of the teeth of the first support piece 602 and the second support piece 603 are provided with threads. The tooth plates of the first support plate 602 and the second support plate 603 are sleeved on the screw 604. The support 6 is fixed on the side of the face ring 5, specifically, a mounting hole is formed on the outer side of the face ring 5, the direction of the mounting hole is along the axial direction, and the screw 604 is screwed into the mounting hole to fix the support 6 on the face ring 5.
Two holes are formed in the outer side of the second rotating ring 7 along the radial direction, the holes are used for inserting the connecting piece 4, the second rotating ring 7 is connected with the first rotating ring 3 through the connecting piece 4, specifically, holes are formed in corresponding positions on the first rotating ring 3, the first rotating ring 3 is sleeved on the outer side of the second rotating ring 7, and the connecting piece 4 sequentially penetrates through the holes in the first rotating ring 3 and the holes in the second rotating ring 7 to fix the two.
The outer ring at the bottom of the radiator 15 is provided with a third magnetic material 1501, the second rotating ring 7 is connected with the radiator 15 through the third magnetic material 1501, in particular, the bottom of the radiator 15 is provided with a circle of connecting structure with the diameter smaller than that of the radiator 15, the connecting structure is sleeved into the second radiating ring 7, the third magnetic material 1501 is arranged at the edge of the outer ring of the connecting structure, and the second radiating ring 7 is adsorbed on the third magnetic material 1501.
The light-transmitting element 9 is connected with the light-cutting device 10 through the fixing ring 8, specifically, the bottom of the fixing ring 8 is provided with a ring of edge structure with the diameter smaller than that of the fixing ring 8, the fixing ring 8 is sleeved at the bottom of the light-cutting device 10, and the light-transmitting element 9 is clamped between the fixing ring 8 and the light-cutting device 10. The reflector 11 is connected with the radiator 15 through the light interceptor 10, specifically, the inner diameter of the light interceptor 10 is larger than the outer diameter of the reflector 11, the reflector 11 is sleeved in the light interceptor 10, and the inner wall of the light interceptor 10 is in buckling connection with the outer wall of the radiator 15. The LED light source 14 is installed at the center of the light source pressing member 13, and the light source pressing member 13 is fixed at the upper portion of the reflector 11.
Fig. 3 is a front view of the present invention. In combination with the exploded view of the supporter of fig. 1 and fig. 3, in this embodiment, two notches are provided on the outer wall of the face ring 5, and the supporter 6 is installed in the two notches of the face ring 5 by the screw 604, and the screw 604 is perpendicular to the face cover 1. Before the LED ceiling spotlight is installed, the supporting ribs 501 in the face ring 5 support the lamp body, so that the installation position of the LED ceiling spotlight on a ceiling is determined, and in this case, the first supporting piece 602 and the second supporting piece 603 are tightly attached to the lamp body, and the determination of the position is not affected. When the LED ceiling lamp is installed, the first supporting piece 602 and the second supporting piece 603 can rotate around the screw 604 under the action of gravity, and at this time, the first supporting piece 602 and the second supporting piece 603 face outwards and are parallel to the first face cover 1, so that the LED ceiling lamp is fixed on a ceiling.
Fig. 4 is a top view of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the radiator 15 has a grid shape. One end of the face ring 5 is provided with a skirt with a width smaller than the diameter of the first face cover 1. The upper part of the skirt of the face ring 5 is provided with a second magnetic material 502.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the installation of the first and second covers of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 5, the second cover 101 has a square hole in the center, the diameter of the second cover 101 is smaller than that of the first cover 1, and the second cover 101 is mounted above the first cover 1.
