Abstract
The present invention relates to a decotile, which prevents shrinkage due to temperature changes after heating or construction, which is generated during manufacturing, and at the same time removes harmful substances to a human body.
Conventional decotiles for this purpose are difficult to work with when the PVC sheet is formed on the back side of the printing film in the form of a solid layer, and the loss occurs due to shrinkage of the plastic, Due to the harmfulness of the human body there is a disadvantage that the operation is of course difficult to handle as well as the productivity is bad economical.
In addition, after construction, shrinkage occurs due to temperature changes, so that gaps occur at the boundary of the decotile, which is dirty.
Therefore, in the present invention, by forming a coating layer mixed with inorganic and binder paper sheets capable of realizing a variety of products harmless to the human body provides hygiene and benefits to the human body, as well as easy to manufacture and handle.
Description
The present invention relates to a decotile formed of plastic used for decorating floors or walls in a room, and is intended to prevent shrinkage due to heating generated during manufacturing due to the nature of the material, and to remove harmful effects on the human body. will be.
In general, decotiles are relatively inexpensive and resistant to surface scratches even though the flooring is printed by printing various patterns on PVC materials, and they are commonly used as flooring materials for general homes or offices. Natural wood texture or carpet texture is applied to form repetitive or various patterns.
Therefore, most of these decotiles are usually one side of the rectangular, square or polygonal one side adhesive to the bottom surface to form the overall floor structure, the laminated cross-sectional structure of the conventional decotile PVC on the back of the printing film is formed While the sheet is formed as a base layer, a balance layer is usually formed on the back side of the base layer in order to prevent curling (curling) of the decor tiles, and a transparent film is laminated on the top surface of the printed film for protection of the printing surface. Or to form a coating layer using the UV ink.
However, the disadvantage of this is that the deformation of the shape due to heat deformation is caused by the heat used in the work of lamination. In order to prevent this, the paper is not formed in a specific shape, but is cut in the laminated state, which is a waste of raw materials. Will be generated.
And even after construction, the decotile shrinks or expands finely due to the temperature change, causing the phenomenon of lifting or swelling due to heat. The dust enters through the gap of the decotile during long-term use, which makes it very messy and makes the indoor space comfortable due to such dust. It will not be maintained.
Therefore, the present invention is intended to prevent shrinkage expansion due to temperature change even after construction, while preventing shrinkage in the lamination process when manufacturing the decotile.
To this end, the present invention is a printing layer made of a plastic film or sheet printed with a pattern and mixed with inorganic materials (stone powder, ocher powder, charcoal powder, lime powder, etc. or any one or more thereof) and a binder to a certain thickness. It is to prevent the shrinkage of the print layer by pressing a paper layer having a predetermined thickness, which is applied to a paper layer having a paper layer or directly mixed with a raw material for making a paper to be made of a paper sheet.
Therefore, it prevents the vinyl constituting the transparent layer or the print layer to finish the surface in the process of decorating the tile, and reduces the cost by producing the correct size without loss of vinyl, but does not cause shrinkage or expansion due to the characteristics of the paper. Since it is easy to manufacture, but after construction, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the tile due to temperature changes.
In addition, it is possible to provide benefits to the human body by eliminating the toxicity by minerals, such as thermal insulation and far-infrared radiation emitted by the paper.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail according to an embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, the laminated structure of the present invention has a predetermined mineral powder, ocher powder, and charcoal powder on the upper and lower surfaces of the
At this time, the
In addition, the
In addition, the
In addition, the binder and the inorganic material are preferably mixed in a state in which the binder allows the
In addition, when the inorganic sheet and the liquid binder are coated in a mixed state due to the characteristics of the
Therefore, conventionally, since the vinyl film is shrunk, such as the
In addition, when the decorative tiles are installed, by preventing the deformation due to the temperature change, the boundary of the decorative tiles does not open, and thus can be used neatly without dust.
In the present invention, the mixing ratio of the inorganic material and the binder was mixed at 5: 5, but it was possible to obtain an excellent effect in the case of focusing on the adhesion, and in the case of mixing the inorganic material at 70% to provide health benefits, the coating was performed. Of course, the coating was not separated from the paper sheet.
At this time, the paper is economical by using the thickness of 0.5mm to 5mm range, it was confirmed that the laminated state is excellent.
In addition, the inorganic material used for the paper layer (2) can be coated with ocher powder, charcoal powder, lime powder, or lime powder alone, or any one or more of them can be coated with an appropriate amount. It is desirable to use selectively according to the characteristics of each product according to the place or construction location where the tile is to be installed.
For example, when lime powder is used, antibacterial and sterilization of bird flu bacteria is possible, so it can be used for the prevention of bird flu or sterilization at the place where it occurred, and when using charcoal powder or mixed with charcoal powder. Dehumidification and sterilization function can also be expected, and when using ocher powder or mixing ocher powder, it is beneficial to human body by far-infrared radiation at a certain temperature. Formaldehyde can be removed, as well as to provide the benefit of the human body.
In addition, when manufacturing a paper sheet, the same effect is obtained even if the paper sheet is prepared after mixing the pulp, inorganic materials and binder in an appropriate mixing ratio.
In the present design, it was confirmed that when the binder is 20 ± 5% by weight with the pulp and the inorganic material at 40 ± 5% by weight, the desired shrinkage prevention effect can be obtained as well as the manufacture of a paper sheet for shrinkage prevention. .
