Abstract

본 고안은 흡음 천정재에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 폴리에스터 소재를 이용하여 방염기능과 휨 강도를 보강한 고밀도판을 난연성 접착제로 부착하고, 그 표면에 부직포와 알루미늄호일재로 이루어진 표면판재를 난연성 접착제로 부착한 흡음 천정재에 관한 것으로서, 폴리에스터 소재로 된 판재(11)와 유리섬유 부직포(12') 및 알루미늄 호일(12")로 이루어진 표면판재(12) 사이에 폴리에스터 소재에 레진(Resin)소재로 방염 및 휨강도를 강화 보강한 폴리에스터 고밀도판(200K-300K)(10)을 끼우고 난연성 접착제를 사용하여 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

흡음 천정재{Ceiling Materials For Acoustic Absorption}
본 고안은 흡음 천정재에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 폴리에스터 소재를 이용하여 방염기능과 휨 강도를 보강한 고밀도판을 난연성 접착제로 부착하고, 그 표면에 부직포와 알루미늄호일재로 이루어진 표면판재를 난연성 접착제로 부착한 흡음 천정재에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 흡음 천정재는 도 1로 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 크로스티바(1)와 메인티바(2)에 형성되는 단턱(3)을 따라 걸쳐지고 그 상면은 클립등과 같은 누름부재로 고정되게하여 실내 천정면에 설치되는 것으로 되어 있다.
이상과 같은 흡음 천정재는 단열성, 난연성, 흡음성, 경량성, 내충격성 및 무공해성을 갖추도록 요구되고 있는 것으로서, 종래의 제품은 통상, 유리섬유를 가공처리한 글래스울에 부직포와 합성수지재를 합성한 판재를 부착하여 사용되고 있었는바, 유리섬유의 인체에 대한 치명적 공해의 문제점이 있었고,
이와 같은 문제점에 대하여, 유리섬유의 공해를 방지 또는 저하시키기 위해 외주 면을 경화시키거나 타 부재로 감쌓은 등의 공정을 별도로 거쳐 사용되고 있다.하지만, 천정면을 설치 시공하면서 천정재를 부분적으로 절단, 절개 시공하는 경우에 상기 절단, 절개면으로부터 미세입자가 발생하여 공기중에 부유되며 공해의 문제점이 있고, 또한 상기 설치된 천정재를 일정한 시기에 철거 폐기하는 작업시에는 상기 유리섬유의 미세입자 분진에 대한 공해는 여전한 문제점으로 남아 있다.
본 고안은 이상과 같은 문제점을 근원적으로 해결하기 위해 대체재를 개발하여 안출한 것으로, 단열성, 흡음성, 저 흡수율,경량성 및 내충격성이 양호한 폴리에스터 소재를 이용함에 있어, 난연 및 방염에 취약함을 보완하기 위하여 상기 폴리에스터와 표면판재 사이에 방염기능 및 휨강도가 강화된 고밀도판재를 끼우고 난연성 접착제로 부착하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 폴리에스터 소재로 된 판재(11)와 유리섬유 부직포(12') 및 알루미늄 호일(12")로 이루어진 표면판재(12) 사이에 폴리에스터 소재에 레진(Resin)소재로 방염 및 휨강도를 강화 보강한 폴리에스터 고밀도판(200K-300K)(10)을 2-5mm 두께로하여 끼우고 난연성 접착제를 사용하여 부착하는 구조로 구성되어 있다.
이상에서 설명하고 있는 바와 같이 본 고안의 폴리에스터 소재는 기존의 유리섬유 소재 장점인 단열성, 흡음성, 저 흡수율, 경량성 및 내충격성에 못지않은 특성을 가지고 있으면서도, 난연 및 방염의 취약점에 의해 사용될 수 없었으나 난연 및 방염의 기능을 개선, 강화한 고밀도판을 표면판재 내면에 끼워 부착되게 함으로서 상기 유리섬유 건축자재 판재의 인체 공해 문제를 대체할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면, 도 1은 본 고안의 사용상태를 나타낸 절개 확대 도면이고, 도 2는 본 고안의 단면을 나타낸 확대 도면이다.
상기 도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안은 유리섬유 소재로 된 건축판재의 인체 공해문제가 크게 우려되어 이를 대체하기 위한 것으로, 폴리에스터 소재를 건축판재로 사용되게 함에 있어서, 폴리에스터 소재 판재(11)와 유리섬유 부직포(12') 및 알루미늄 호일(12")로 이루어진 표면판재(12) 사이에 폴리에스터 소재에 레진(Resin)소재로 방염 및 휨강도를 강화 보강한 폴리에스터 고밀도판(200K-300K)(10)을 2-5mm 두께로하여 끼우고 난연성 접착제를 사용하여 부착하는 구조로 구성된다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 폴리에스터 소재가 기존의 유리섬유 소재 장점인 단열성, 흡음성, 저 흡수율, 경량성 및 내충격성에 못지않은 특성을 가지고 있으면서 도, 난연 및 방염의 취약점에 의해 사용될 수 없었으나 난연 및 방염의 기능을 개선, 강화한 고밀도판을 표면판재 내면에 끼워 부착되게 함으로서 상기 유리섬유 건축자재 판재가 가지고 있는 인체 공해 문제를 해결할 수 있는 대체 건축판재로서 유용한 것이다.

  1. 흡음 천정판재에 있어서, 폴리에스터 소재로 된 판재(11)와 유리섬유 부직포(12') 및 알루미늄 호일(12")로 이루어진 표면판재(12) 사이에 폴리에스터 소재에 레진(Resin)소재로 방염 및 휨강도를 강화 보강한 폴리에스터 고밀도판(200K-300K)(10)을 끼우고 난연성 접착제를 사용하여 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음 천정재.
