The present invention relates to a high pressure water pipe and a sewer pipe, the high pressure water pipe and sewage pipe according to the present invention is a water pipe made of a plastic material or a hole in the longitudinal direction at regular intervals in the circumferential direction inside the pipe body A pipe body used for a plurality of formed sewer pipes; It is the same shape as the tube body and is joined to one end of the tube body, the tube is inserted into the receiving portion for accommodating a portion of the insertion tube when the pipe joint, and to be sealed in contact with the insertion tube inserted into the insertion tube accommodation portion A stepped portion, a core wire which is integrally injected with the insertion tube accommodation part inside the insertion tube accommodation part and connected to each end of the core and connected to each end of the core to electrically connect and insert the insertion tube; A terminal pin which is inserted into the insertion tube accommodating part to be exposed to the outside of the insertion tube accommodating part, and is connected to the terminal outside the insertion tube accommodating part, and is detachable and comprises a connection terminal for supplying external power to the heating wire Parts; Characterized in that consists of.
Accordingly, the present invention can completely prevent leaks generated during pipe joints as in the prior art, and in particular, in the case of sewage pipes with a perforated interior, the perforation is completely sealed to prevent leakage to the perforations so as to prevent leakage into the perforated pipes. Description
The present invention relates to a high pressure water pipe and a sewer pipe, and more particularly, to a high pressure water pipe and a sewer pipe for connecting the high pressure water pipe and the sewer pipe to each other by electrofusion.
Water pipes allow raw water to move and sewage pipes allow sewage or sludge to be moved to sewage treatment plants. Water pipes require high pressure, but sewage pipes are usually used at atmospheric pressure, so sewage pipes use concrete or plastic pipes. Concrete pipes are replaced by plastic pipes that have long lifespan due to their short life and heavy installation due to their function by sewage or sludge containing water.
One of the joints of the conventional plastic sewer pipe is a joint using a flange.
In the case of connecting using a flange, a plurality of bolts and nuts were connected in a circumferential direction to the flange formed at the connecting portion of the pipe. In this case, the sealing is excellent, but when connecting pipes in the field, it is difficult to install a number of fastening means, and thus, there is a problem in that a skilled contractor must perform a joint work because it is necessary to maintain a constant tightening to prevent leakage. In addition, since the packing and the like must be used for sealing, there is a disadvantage that the structure is complicated and thus expensive.
One example of a joint using a conventional flange is shown in perspective views and cross-sectional views, respectively, in FIGS. 1A and 1B.
As shown in the drawing, a
These joints should be used because the insertion
In addition, a perspective view and a cross-sectional view of the threaded joint in Figure 2a and Figure 2b as another example of a conventional joint.
As shown in the drawing, the
Such a joint should also use the
On the other hand, Figure 3 shows a joint process of a conventional plastic sewer pipe by electrofusion with a conventional joint.
As shown in the drawing, the polyethylene
In this method, an expansion pressure is generated when the
Since the sewage pipe does not generate a great internal pressure, the sewer pipe is arranged at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, and holes (not shown) are formed in the longitudinal direction, and this hole also serves to reduce the weight of the sewage pipe.
In the conventional electric fusion method, when the two sewer pipes are joined to each other, the sewage pipes are not sealed, so the sewage is injected through the holes, so the internal sewage pipe must withstand the internal pressure by the thickness of the external sewage pipe formed therein. There was a disadvantage of not being.
The insertion
The
The
As described above, the present invention, unlike the flange-type or screw-type fittings as in the prior art, by fusion welding by inserting the
In addition, unlike the conventional joining method in which the
