Claims (5)
- 렌즈 성형 금형을 이용하여 제조되며, 전, 후 두 광학면 및 전, 후 두 평면부가 구비되는 일종의 편심 측정용 노치가 설치된 모조렌즈에 있어서,렌즈의 전, 후 평면부에서, 광학면 성형에 영향을 미치지 않는 범위 내에, 각각 광학면과 동심을 이루는 하나 또는 다수의 노치가 설치되어, 상기 노치로 상기 렌즈의 편심값을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편심 측정용 노치가 설치된 모조렌즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈상의 노치는 하나 또는 다수인 것을 특징으로 하는 편심 측정용 노치가 설치된 모조렌즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 노치는 렌즈의 전, 후 평면부 상에서 각각 다른 직경을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편심 측정용 노치가 설치된 모조렌즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 노치에 하나의 포인트 각이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편심 측정용 노치가 설치된 모조렌즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 노치는 상기 렌즈의 성형 금형을 제작할 때, 성형 금형 상의 광학면과 노치가 동일한 횟수의 절삭 공정을 통하여 가공이 완료되도록 함 으로써, 광학면과 노치가 동심 상태를 형성하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편심 측정용 노치가 설치된 모조렌즈.
