In addition, the present invention relates to a fuse-type diode comprising a configuration for electrically connecting a lead wire of the diode penetrating the hole and an outer upper surface of the cap.
In general, a diode element is connected to an input / output terminal of a circuit to prevent an abnormal inrush current from the outside and rectify the input / output current.
However, depending on the characteristics of the circuit or the environment of use, the diode element may be replaced by high temperature, high pressure, or external moisture. For example, a diode used in an input / output terminal of a driving circuit such as a large motor requiring large power may be replaced. Due to the sudden surge voltage or excessive driving of the circuit for a long time, or a poor condition such as external humidity and temperature conditions at the work site, a diode device is lost and a maintenance case is often generated.
In addition, in designing circuits, engineers often test the stability of circuits by replacing diode devices with various capacities and purposes in order to find suitable diodes for their capacity or purpose.
When the diode needs to be replaced as described above, conventionally, it is necessary to remove the diode mounted by soldering on a PCB board or the like, and then replace the diode in the order of connecting the circuit by soldering a new diode again. There was a cumbersome problem, which caused an increase in the overall working time or circuit test time.
In addition, there is a problem in that the product damage occurs during the maintenance process, the case where the damaged portion has to be disposed, resulting in waste of resources.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the fuse-type diode to facilitate the maintenance of the field or circuit test by facilitating the replacement of the diode required in the loss or circuit design There is a technical challenge in providing a configuration of the.
