본 고안은 분쇄된 폐발포수지를 반용융상태로 가열시켜서 성형이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 재활용 발포수지 판넬성형장치용 가열기 구조에 관한 것으로, 원료공급탱크(2)와 성형기(4) 사이에 이송대차(8)를 사이에 두고 하부에 고정설치되는 열풍공급통(12)은 송풍기(16)를 갖는 전기히터(10)와 연결하고, 상부에는 에어실린더(14)에 의해 승강하는 폐열회수통(20)을 갖도록 하며, 상기 폐열회수통은 송풍기(16)와 연결되게 하여 열기의 순환으로 가열되게 하므로서 쾌적한 작업환경을 유지시켜줄 수가 있고 또 열효율의 극대화로 에너지를 절감할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a heater structure for a recycled foamed resin panel molding apparatus that can be formed by heating the pulverized waste foaming resin in a semi-melt state, and the transfer bogie between the raw material supply tank (2) and the molding machine (4).
