Claims (6)
- 광원에서 발생되는 레이저 광을 신호광과 기준광으로 분리시켜 광 기록매체에 제공하는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템에 있어서,상기 신호광이 투과 가능한 기판 상부에 형성된 요철 모양의 포토레지스트 패턴으로 이루어지며, 상기 신호광들이 패턴을 투과할 때 상기 패턴의 상부면들을 투과한 신호광과 하부면들을 투과한 신호광간에 위상차가 발생되도록 하는 글래스 마스크와,임의의 두개 광간 간섭으로 생성되는 간섭 무늬가 기록되어 있으며, 상기 상부면 또는 하부면을 투과한 신호광 중 어느 하나의 면을 투과한 신호광만을 투과시켜 상기 광 기록매체에 제공하는 홀로그래픽 매체를 포함하는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 포토레지스트 패턴의 선폭은, 0.4㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 간섭 무늬 생성 시에 사용되는 두개의 광은 평면파인 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상부면 또는 하부면을 투과한 신호광 중 다른 하나의 면을 투과한 신호광은, 상기 간섭 무늬에 의해 회절되어 반사되는 것을 특징하는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패턴의 상부면과 하부면간 위상차는, λ/2인 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패턴의 상부면과 하부면간 위상차는, 상기 기판에 도포되는 포토레지스트의 종류 또는 상기 패턴의 깊이에 의해서 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그래픽 롬 시스템.
