Claims (3)
- 조선산업에서의 통합생산 최적화시스템에 있어서,영업단계부터 인도 및 A/S 단계까지의 모든 활동을 각각 액티비티로 구성하고, 상기 각 액티비티별로 필요한 자원을 연결하며, 상기 모든 액티비티를 선/후행 관계를 가진 하나의 네트워크로 연결하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 통합생산 최적화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,모든 데이터가 입력되고 관리되는 통합 데이터 베이스와;상기 통합 데이터 베이스와 연결되어 개개의 업무를 진행하는 영업부문, 실행예산 부문, 설계부문, 생산부문, 자재부문, 물류부문의 모듈들과;상기 통합 데이터 베이스와 네트워크로 연결되며, 프로젝트 진행 중에 공정, 예산의 계획 대 실적을 조회하고 문제점을 확인하며 현재 진행사항을 바탕으로 프로젝트 종료시의 공기 및 원가를 예측해 보는 프로젝트 종합관리 시스템 모듈과;상기 통합 데이터 베이스와 네트워크로 연결되며, 사업계획 대 실적과 영업현황에 관한 데이터를 조회하고 사업계획 수행 과정중에 발생하는 현안사항 및 조치현황을 입력 관리는 경영자 정보 시스템 모듈로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 조선산업에서의 통합생산 최적화시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 통합 데이터 베이스와 인터넷으로 연결되어 자재조달업무를 수행하고, 강재구매업무와 협력업체 관련업무를 인터넷을 통해 수행하는 전자구매 모듈을 더 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 조선산업에서의 통합생산 최적화시스템.
