Description

출선중 손상된 출선구면 보수용 옥토 주입장치{MUD INJECTION DEVICE FOR REPAIRING SURFACE OF TAP HOLE}MOD INJECTION DEVICE FOR REPAIRING SURFACE OF TAP HOLE}

The present invention relates to an injecting device for repairing damaged damaged spout surfaces, which is provided so that it can be quickly and easily repaired during unloading when the spout surface is damaged in the process of chartering a blast furnace.

In general, the outlet of the blast furnace is a passage for discharging the blast furnace melt, that is, the molten iron to the outside of the blast furnace.

Departure work through these exits takes place at the same time as the opening of the exit, and then proceeds in the order of opening the exit, discharging the charter and closing the exit.

However, in order to repair the phenomena such as erosion or dropping of the spout surface due to various factors during the unloading work, it is only necessary to repair the charter when it is not unloaded, that is, during preliminary pre-opening work or when the equipment is stopped. Constraints have to be repaired with refractories.

In particular, 1500 ° C is required even if rapid repair is necessary when a part of the exit port is cracked during the excavation due to the strong blow of the hammer and the rotational force during the opening work, or the damage such as erosion due to the discharge of the molten iron is caused. It was impossible to repair the exit sphere at high temperatures.

Therefore, in the past, in order to prevent the expansion of the damaged part in the case of this phenomenon, the unsolving measures are taken early, but even in this case, due to the damaged exit surface, the flow of the molten iron and the explosion, closure failure, loss of mud gun, etc. Safety problems, such as large-scale equipment accidents, reduced productivity due to reduced air flow and burned workers.

The present invention was created in view of the above-described problems of the prior art as described above, and repairs the exit surface of a damaged part accurately at a distance without being close to the exit port even when the molten iron is discharged through the exit port. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an octopus injection device for repairing a damaged exit surface during a ship to solve problems such as a spillage of a charter ship, an early closure of the exit port, and a decrease in productivity.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is an external perspective view of an octo injecting apparatus according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of main parts of the octo injecting apparatus according to the present invention.

1 and 2, a plate-shaped exit spherical forming tip 10 having a fan shape in which a portion thereof is inclined in a shape corresponding to the shape of the starting spherical surface is provided, and a part of the starting spherical spherical forming tip 10 is provided. An injection tube 14 capable of injecting octope through this is provided, and an outlet for discharging the overfilled octopus 70 to the outside on the adjacent exit spherical formation tip 10 to which the injection tube 14 is fixed ( 12) is formed.

The injection pipe 14 is connected to the supply pipe 24 by the expansion pipe 34 of the corrugated pipe shape, wherein the supply pipe 24 is a tubular pipe.

In particular, the replacement connection portion 28 is formed on the supply pipe 24 adjacent to the expansion pipe 34 and the supply pipe 24 is connected to the assembly of the starting spherical surface forming tip 10 including these expansion pipe 34 It can be removed at a time so that it can be used to replace the exit spherical formation tip 10 having a size corresponding to the size of the exit or the size of the repair portion.

To this end, the replacement connection portion 28 may have a fastening structure of the screw coupling method.

In addition, the support 40 is provided to connect the injection tube 14 and the supply tube 24 in order to maintain a constant angle without shaking the injection tube 14 connected by the expansion tube 34. .

One end of the support 40 is preferably taken to have a structure that can smoothly flow around the rotation shaft 44, it is more preferable to form the rotation shaft 44 in the injection tube 14 as shown.

A long hole 42 is formed at the other end of the support 40, and a fastening bolt 46 is fixed to the support 40 through the long hole 42.

Tightening bolt 46 is bolted to the supply pipe 24, which is thereby able to hold the flexibility of the expansion pipe (34).

Including the above-described spherical spherical forming tip 10, the injection pipe 14, the expansion pipe 34 and the supply pipe 24 should be exposed to high heat for a long time, it is preferable to manufacture a high heat-resistant steel with less heat deformation.

In addition, when the worker is working while holding the device at a long distance, it is light for ease of work and can be sufficiently separated from the blast furnace, for example, a distance from the starting spherical forming tip 10 to the end of the supply pipe 24. It is especially preferable to make it 3 m or more.

On the other hand, the rear end of the supply pipe 24 is connected to the octo storage tube 50, the inlet 52 for injecting the octo 70 is provided on the octo storage tube 50.

In addition, an operation cylinder 60 is provided at the rear end of the octopus storage tube 50. The operation cylinder 60 is connected to the hydraulic hose 66 so that the hydraulic hose 66 can be easily separated by the quick joint 64. It is to be supplied and the control valve 62 is provided separately for the supply and removal of the hydraulic pressure.

Looking at the operating relationship of the present invention made of such a configuration as follows.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4 (a, b, and c), the process in which the chartered vessel 90 of the blast furnace is departed through the exit port 80 (refers to all processes from the preparation for the departure to the completion of the departure) If a damaged portion 84 such as a part of the starting surface 82 is dropped out or eroded occurs, the worker repairs the damaged portion 84 through the apparatus of the present invention even during the drawing operation.

That is, the worker holding the device of the present invention equipped with the octo 70 to be recharged in close contact with the damaged spherical portion forming tip 10 to the corresponding damaged portion 84 at a long distance to advance the operation cylinder (60) By injecting 70 into the damaged portion 84, it is possible to simply complete the maintenance work.

At this time, the device of the present invention is the octo 70 by the operation of the operation cylinder 60 in the state of filling the octo 70 in advance in the octo storage pipe 50, the supply pipe 24, the expansion pipe 34, It is preferable to be pushed out to some extent through the injection pipe 14, and then to stop the operation cylinder 60 to remove the pushed-out part so that the octoin injection can be easily prepared and then used. It is more preferable that the size or position of the 84 is measured in advance and the standby spherical forming tip 10 is adjusted or replaced at a corresponding size and angle.

In addition, as shown in Figure 4 (b), before starting the injection of the octo 70, the starting surface after the injection molding octo 70 by applying a thin grease (GREASE) thinly applied to the front surface of the exit spherical formation tip 10. It is also desirable to facilitate separation of the forming tip 10.

In addition, the exit spherical surface forming tip 10 may be formed to be easily removed after completion of the injection so that the end portion has a structure that narrows the diameter in the form of a nozzle as can be seen through the cross-sectional shape.

When the injected octopus 70 is filled to the damaged portion 84, a part of the viscous octopus 70 having a viscosity is leaked through the outlet 12, so the worker checks the outlet 12 and checks whether there is a leak. 70 is determined to be full, and after the charging operation is stopped, the maintenance work is completed by removing the apparatus of the present invention from the starting spherical surface 82.

Since the octopus of the repaired damaged portion 84 is hardened by heat in about 2 to 3 minutes and hardly solidified, the problem caused by the failure of the exit port 82 at the time of closing the exit port 90 through the mud gun is suppressed. do.

As described in detail above, the present invention can be easily repaired at a long distance during the departure because it is difficult to repair the exit surface because it is not accessible during departure, as well as the spillage of the charter, as well as the fire, explosion, environmental pollution and large-scale equipment accidents. It is prevented in advance, and at the same time, it provides a great effect of maximizing productivity and securing work safety.
