상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 따른 고로의 출선구 접합면 성형재 부착장치는 작업자가 출선구 앞에 직접 접근하지 않고서도 출선구 접합면을 성형(보수)할 수 있으며 그 작동을 설명하면 다음과 같다.먼저 지그(15)에 내화물인 성형재(11-1)을 40mm 내지 50mm 두께로 넣고 다져준 후, 내화물(11-1)이 안착되면 지그(15)를 머드건(12)의 노즐팁(12-2)에 끼워 성형재가 탈락되지 않도록 링부재(16)를 삽입시킨다.다음으로 머드건(12)을 전진시켜 출선구(12-2)에 성형재 부착지그(15)를 밀착시키면 출선구 접합면(11) 가장자리에 성형재 부착지그(15)가 접촉하는 순간, 성형재 부착지그(15)가 뒤로 밀려나가고, 내부에 안착된 성형재(11-1)가 성형작업을 위해 굴착된 출선구 접합면(11)에 머드건(12)의 힘에 의해 접착되어 새로운 머드건(12)의 노즐팁(12-2)과 동일한 형상을 가진 출선구 접합면(11)을 형성하게 된다.또한 그로부터 8분 내지 10분 후 머드건(12)을 대기위치로 회전하여 후퇴시키면 성형작업이 완료된다. 이 때 머드건(12)이 출선구(11-2)로 전진하여 출선구 접합면(11)과 밀착될 때 성형재 부착지그(15)의 내부 성형재 안착홈부(15-2)에 안착된 성형재(11-1)가 충격에 의해 탈락되지 않도록 링부재(16)가 고정시켜 준다. 아울러 링부재(16)는 성형재(11-1)의 지나친 퍼지지 않고 출선구 접합면 가장자리에 보호벽이 자연적으로 형성되도록 한다.Apparatus for attaching the outlet connection surface molding material of the blast furnace according to the present invention configured as described above can be molded (repair) the outlet connection surface without the operator directly approaching the outlet opening, and the operation thereof is as follows.
