Abstract

PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce number of stages for fitting stave and further to reduce number of blast stoppings and blast stopping time by reforming stave body, so as to take the stave in the furnace by using a tube seat for exchanging existing armor plate. CONSTITUTION:The stave body 6 taken in the furnace is placed to the furnace wall repairing part and a supporting tube connecting metal 11 is inserted into the furnace wall opening part, having larger diameter than that of the connecting metal 11 beforehand formed on the furnace wall, from outside of the furnace. And, an expansion joint 12 for connecting cooling pipe 13 is expanded and the cooling pipe is joined with the tip thereof. Next, in the inner face of connecting metal 11, the stave supporting tube 14 is screwed and after joining the tip part of supporting tube 14 with the pipe 13 through a blind patch 15, the supporting tube 14 is welded to the iron shell 1 by using a seal metal 9. In this way, an opening part for taking the stave in as the conventional method is not necessary to newly arrange. Further, as this method has the above- mentioned merit, on the repairing work of furnace wall is executed, with the least effect on blast furnace operation.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Object of the Invention> Industrial Field of Application The present invention relates to a method for installing a stave for repairing blast furnace wall bricks, and more particularly relates to a method for installing a stave for repairing a damaged part of a furnace wall brick. Installation of staves for repairing blast furnace furnace wall bricks is related to the method.

Conventional technology Figure 8 shows a cross section of the blast furnace mouth and shaft.
In general, bricks at the mouth of a blast furnace are worn out after 4 to 5 years of operation (as shown in the shaded area).
As described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54-26203 (refractory spraying is common, but spraying refractory directly onto the worn brick surface does not provide adhesive strength and the lifespan is approximately 2 to 3 months). , it is not a repair method for extending the S life of the blast furnace.

FIGS. 9 and 10 are cross-sectional views showing the stave casting 7 of the conventional method attached to the worn brick part of the furnace wall and the state in which the stave is installed in the furnace. In this case, the stave casting 7 is shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, since it is necessary to attach the remaining bricks to the inner surface of the furnace, the length of the casting pipe 8 protruding from the stave body must also be increased by the thickness of the bricks. Furthermore, even if the furnace wall bricks are removed and a new stave is installed as in JP-A No. 60-2607, the length of the casting pipe protruding from the stave body becomes a problem, and the armor plate cannot be removed. It is impossible to take the stave into the furnace using the replacement tube seat 5 (see FIG. 8). Therefore, in the conventional method, it is necessary to newly provide an opening for taking in the stave, which increases the number of man-hours required for construction, which causes problems in blast furnace machinery due to an increase in the number of wind breaks and an increase in the wind break time.

In general, the armor plate replacement tube seat is usually 1500 x
Since the tube seat has an opening of about 500 seconds, in order to take in the stave from the armor plate replacement tube seat, the protruding length of the cast pipe needs to be about 400 aa or less. Due to this limiting condition, in the stave according to the present invention, an expansion joint is joined to the casting pipe, and when the stave body is taken into the furnace with the expansion joint contracted, the expansion joint is extended outside the furnace and the cooling pipe is connected to the expansion joint. It has a structure in which the two are joined together and fixed with a stave support pipe.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, casting pipe connecting fittings 10 to which the ends of the casting pipe are joined are provided at the four corners of the stave casting 7, and stave support pipe connecting fittings 10 are provided on the shell side of the casting pipe. 11 and a cold section pipe connecting expansion joint 12 are joined by welding or the like. The main body of the stave, which is configured like a mouth, is configured to a size that allows it to be taken in from the armor plate replacement tube seat 5 (see FIG. 8) located at the top of the furnace, and can be easily inserted into the furnace.

The stave body taken into the furnace is placed opposite the furnace wall repair part, and the support pipe connection fitting 11 is inserted into the furnace wall opening having a diameter larger than that of the support tube connection fitting 11 formed in advance on the furnace wall. It is inserted from inside the furnace, the expansion joint 12 for connecting the cooling pipe is stretched out as shown in FIG. 5, and the cooling pipe 13 is joined to the tip of the joint 12 by welding or the like outside the furnace wall.

As described above, the stave main body according to the present invention is firmly attached to the furnace wall, but the reason why the stave support pipe 14, the expansion joint 12 for connecting the cooling pipe, and the cooling pipe 13 are provided to form a double pipe structure is as follows. When the stave support pipe connection hardware 11 and the stave support pipe 14 are threaded together and cooling water is passed directly to the stave support pipe 14, it is difficult to completely seal the threaded joint, resulting in water leakage into the furnace. Since this is a problem, the cooling water supply function and stave support function are separated,
This prevents cooling water from leaking and supports the stave.

<Effects of the Invention> As explained above, the present invention provides a telescopic joint in a retracted state and a support pipe connecting hardware surrounding the telescopic joint at the rear take-out portion of the casting pipe connecting hardware that communicates with the casting pipe of the stave body. The stave for repairing the IAgA section of the blast furnace wall is taken into the furnace through the existing furnace top opening (pipe seat for armor plate replacement), facing the repair section, and the stave installed in the furnace wall Inserting the support pipe connection hardware into the opening from inside the furnace, extending the expansion joint outside the furnace, and connecting the cooling pipe to the end thereof,
The stave support pipe is screwed into the inside of the support pipe connection hardware from outside the furnace, the end of the stave support pipe and the cooling pipe are joined by a blind plate, and the stave support pipe is further fixed to the furnace shell. The feature is that the stave can be taken into the furnace by using the armor plate replacement pipe seat as the existing pipe seat, so there is no need to create a new opening for taking in the stave as in the past.
