상기한 선형 유도 전동기(6)의 구조는 1차측(The Primary)(4)과 2차측(The Secondary)(5)으로 구성하되(도3참조), 상기 1차측(4)은 슬롯(slot)된 규소 강판(4a)을 적층한 자성체 코어(4b)에 권선코일(4c)이 삽입된 것으로, 3상 또는 단상의 전원을 상기 권선코일(4c)에 공급하여 이동 자계를 형성할 수 있도록 구성하며(도4a), 2차측(5)은 알루미늄(Al) 또는 구리(Cu)로 된 도체판(5a)과 자성체(5b)로 결합 구성되거나(도4b) 또는 도체판(5a) 대신에 성층된 자성체(5c)의 슬롯 내에 Al이나 Cu 재질로 된 도체바(Conductor Bar)(5d)를 삽입하고, 성층된 자성체(5c)의 양측에 단락 도체를 구성하는 엔드링(End-ring)(5e)으로 구성된 것으로 상기 1차측(4)에서 만들어진 자속이 2차측(5)으로 잘 통과할 수 있도록 자기 회로를 형성한 구조이다.(도4b)The structure of the linear induction motor 6 is composed of a primary side 4 and a secondary side 5 (see FIG. 3), and the primary side 4 is a slot.
