In recent years, with the development of electronic technology, wireless communication technology has been developed, so that the use of mobile terminals such as mobile phones and portable personal information terminals, called PDs, can be easily carried by individuals on the go. It is increasing. As the use of such portable terminals increases, some users can enhance the user's convenience by equipping the digital camera module to include a video communication function, a camera function to take a picture or a video, in addition to the basic functions of the portable terminal. Portable terminals with complex functions have been developed.

1 is a perspective view of a conventional camera module for a mobile terminal, Figure 2 is a side view of the camera module of FIG. As shown in these figures, the camera module for a portable terminal is connected to a light receiving element unit 111 for converting the received light into an electrical signal and outputting the same, and a connector 127 formed in the main PC ratio 125 of the terminal body. The main PC to be connected to the connector 123, and one side is connected to the light-receiving element portion 111 and the other side is provided with a connecting flexible PC 121 connected to the main PC to be connected connector 123.

The light receiving unit 112 is formed at one side of the light receiving element unit 111 to receive light, and the light receiving unit 112 is provided with a lens unit 115 to transmit light. A lens cover 117 is provided in the front region of the lens unit 115 along the transmission path of the light so as to protect the lens unit 115, and the flexible PC ratio 121 for connection is provided on the rear surface of the light receiving element unit 111. One end of is integrally connected by a method such as soldering. The other end of the flexible PC connection 121 is connected to the main PC non-connecting connector 123 is integrally connected by soldering or the like.

By the way, in the conventional camera module for a mobile terminal, the light receiving element portion 111 and the main PC non-connection connector 123 are connected using a flexible PC 121 for connection, and the flexible PC for connection 121 is connected. In consideration of the relationship with the peripheral parts, it is properly folded and used, and there is a fear that disconnection occurs in the bending (bending) region 122a of the flexible flexible PCB for connection 121.

In the conventional camera module for a mobile terminal, the main PC non-connecting connector 123 is coupled to the light receiving element 111 via a connection flexible PC ratio 121 so as to be relatively movable. As a result, during assembly and / or when an external force is applied, a "falling phenomenon" occurs in each of the soldering joint regions 122b and 122c of the light receiving element portion 111 and the main PC non-connecting connector 123, resulting in disconnection. There is a problem.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a camera module for a mobile terminal which can prevent disconnection due to bending of the connection flexible PC ratio and the flow of parts by eliminating the use of the connection flexible PC ratio.
