Abstract

PURPOSE: An intermediation system for inducing multipaging, multicasting and a multiresponse using short message transmission for on-line/off-line supply and demand is provided to induce a prompt, appropriate match of supply and demand at a minimum of expenses on-line and off-line. CONSTITUTION: Consumers and suppliers select necessary categories respectively and execute membership registration(10). An intermediation system operator processes a membership registration database secondarily(20). If a user inputs desired supply-demand request information to a web server through the Internet or a wired/wireless terminal(30), the web server searches the databases of registered members that satisfy the inputted information and outputs a list of related members. If the user transmits request information in a short message transmission method after selecting a desired member by using the list or multiselecting(40), the web server transmits supply-demand information to each selected member's wireless terminal through a short message transmission server.
