Claims (8)
- 액체 시료 내의 분석물질의 농도를 측정하기 위한 전기화학적 센서에 있어서,제1 필름과,상기 제1 필름 위에 부착되며, 넓이 방향의 홈을 갖는 제2 필름과,상기 홈에 매몰되도록 상기 제2 필름 위에 부착되며 절연체로 이루어진 제3 필름과,상기 제3 필름 위에 길이 방향으로 형성되는 다수의 전극과,상기 제3 필름 위에 부착되며, 상기 홈과 함께 상기 분석물질의 흡입을 위한 모세관 공간을 규정하는 제4 필름을포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 필름은 점착물질이 상면에 코팅되고 변형 가능하며 플라스틱 재질인 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제3 필름은 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 코팅을 하면에 갖는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 센서.
- 액체 시료 내의 분석물질의 농도를 측정하기 위한 전기화학적 센서를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,제1 내지 제4 필름을 구비하는 단계와,상기 제2 필름에 소정 거리만큼 이격되게 하여 넓이 방향으로 나란한 2개의 홈을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제3 필름 위에 길이 방향으로 전극을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제2 필름에서 상기 2개의 홈을 통해 상기 홈 사이의 홈간 영역 아래로 상기 제3 필름을 상기 전극이 위로 오도록 하여 체결하는 단계와,상기 제1 필름 위에 상기 제2 필름을 배치하고 상기 홈간 영역을 아래로 매몰시키면서 상기 제1 내지 제3 필름을 서로 부착시키는 단계와,상기 홈간 영역을 떼어내고, 상기 액체 시료의 흡입을 위한 모세관 공간을 형성하도록 상기 제3 필름 위에 상기 제4 필름을 부착시키는 단계를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 센서의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 홈간 영역을 매몰시키는 단계는 고온 래미네이터(hot laminator)에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 센서의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 홈간 영역을 매몰시키는 단계는 초음파 호온(ultra-sonic horn)에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 센서의 제조 방법.
- 액체 시료 내의 분석물질의 농도를 측정하기 위한 전기화학적 센서를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,제1 내지 제4 필름을 구비하는 단계와,상기 제2 필름에 소정의 폭을 갖는 홈을 넓이 방향으로 형성하는 단계와,상기 제3 필름 위에 길이 방향으로 전극을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제1 필름 위에 상기 제2 필름을 배치하고, 상기 전극이 위로 오도록 하여 상기 제3 필름을 상기 제2 필름 위에 배치하는 단계와,상기 제3 필름을 상기 홈에 매몰시키면서 상기 제1 내지 제3 필름을 서로 부착하는 단계와,상기 홈과 함께 상기 액체 시료의 흡입을 위한 모세관 공간을 형성하도록 상기 제3 필름 위에 상기 제4 필름을 부착시키는 단계를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 센서의 제조 방법.
- 액체 시료 내의 분석물질의 농도를 측정하기 위한 전기화학적 센서를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,제1 필름의 상면에 소정 모양의 전극 패턴을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제1 필름을 변형시켜 상기 액체 시료가 도입되는 시료 도입구 및 상기액체 시료와 시약 간의 반응이 일어나는 반응 챔버를 형성하는 단계와,상기 제1 필름의 상면에 제2 필름을 부착하는 단계를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 센서 제조 방법.
