A method for producing a biaxially stretched colored polyester film, which comprises mixing an ester resin and a polyester resin without a colorant in a predetermined ratio and forming, stretching and heat treating the same, has been introduced. In addition, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1998-68300 discloses a coating resin and a solvent comprising one or two or more mixed resins selected from acrylic, vinyl, polyester, and polyamide resins on one side of a polyester film to which a hard coat layer is applied. A method for producing a solar control colored film, which is prepared by applying a coating solution composed of 0.5 to 5% by weight of a dye diluted with 1 to 5% by weight of a benzotriazole-based or triazine-based ultraviolet absorber, is prepared. In addition, Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 1999-18537 discloses a method for producing a solar control colored film in which a release release layer, an adhesive layer, and an antifog layer are formed on a support film.

The solar control film as described above is mainly made of a polyethylene terephthalate film, and is used as a safety reinforcement for the window glass not only to block the sunlight but also because of the strong physical properties of the polyethylene terephthalate film. Such a film is mainly used to reduce the solar light transmittance to increase the cooling and heating efficiency in the car and to prevent glare, and to prevent the aging of the skin by UV blocking. In addition, it is possible to prevent the fragments of the window glass that is broken due to an accident or a strong impact to scatter. That is, this is performed by the strong physical properties and adhesion of the polyethylene terephthalate film used as a support.

In general, when the window film is classified functionally, it can be classified into a solar control film, a shatterproof film, a heat insulating film, and the like. The heat insulating film is a film that attaches a deposition film to the window glass to block the sun, and is concerned about energy saving. With this increase, the demand for building window films is increasing. Moreover, the heat insulation film apply | coats an aluminum protective layer to the polyethylene terephthalate film of 25 or 100 micrometer thickness, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive is apply | coated to the opposite surface. The film having such a structure is attached to the inside of the window glass to have a function of improving the indoor environment by the reflection or absorption of sunlight.

Glass scattering prevention film is a film which aims at preventing the scattering of the fragments even if glass is broken by apply | coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive to a transparent polyethylene terephthalate film, peeling off an overcoat film, and apply | coating to the inside whole surface of a window glass. In most cases, the scattering prevention film also functions as a heat insulating film. That is, the blocking effect of sunlight is great, cooling and heating efficiency is increased, and secondary disasters can be prevented when glass is broken. In addition, there is a half mirror effect, and the appearance of the building is improved. Solar control film is mainly made of automotive tinting film, which was originally intended for light blocking, but its main purpose is shifting to car decoration. Most solar control films have functions that combine the functions of existing thermal insulation films and glass shatterproof films.

Therefore, the present invention provides a window film that can be bonded to the glass of automobiles and buildings to block the ultraviolet rays and heat rays of the solar light, while protecting the privacy from the outside and efficiently preventing the scattering of debris in case of damage to the glass window by external force. For that purpose.

Color polyester film of the present invention has excellent light-shielding properties as described above, excellent coating properties for adhesives such as adhesives or adhesives, and when used in a glass window of a car or a building, it blocks only ultraviolet rays and heat rays of sunlight. In addition, it is possible to prevent exposure to the outside due to coloring and to prevent scattering of glass fragments even when the glass is broken by impact, and to have an effect that can be used for a relatively long time even after processing into a window adhesive film. It has a high industrial value effect.
