Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- (a) 대응하는 입사광 비임을 각각 변조하는 복수의 광 변조기와,(b) 각각의 복수의 광 변조기로부터 변조된 광 비임을 중첩하기 위한 하나 이상의 조합 필터와,(c) 필터를 포함하고 중첩된 광을 여과하고 여과된 광을 화상면으로 중계하는 광학 릴레이 시스템을 포함하는 광학 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 광 변조기는 회절격자 광 밸브형 장치를 포함하는 광학 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학 릴레이 시스템은 제1 미러와 제2 미러를 포함하는 변조식 오프너 릴레이형 장치를 포함하는 광학 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1 미러는 축을 벗어난 하나 이상의 조합 필터로부터 중첩된 광을 수용하는 광학 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 변조식 오프너 릴레이형 장치 내의 필터는 변조식 오프너 릴레이형 장치의 변형면에 위치되는 광학 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제2 미러는 필터를 포함하는 광학 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학 릴레이 시스템 내의 필터는 슐리렌형 필터를 포함하는 광학 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조합 필터는 이색성 필터를 포함하는 광학 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 광 변조기는 0차 광으로서 입사 광 비임의 일부를 반사시키고 1차 광으로서 입사 광 비임의 다른 부분을 회절시킴으로써 광을 변조하는 광학 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 0차 광은 화상면으로 중계되는 광학 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 1차 광은 화상면으로 중계되는 광학 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 복수의 광 변조기와 조합 필터 사이에 연결된 색상 보정 렌즈를 더 포함하는 광학 시스템.
- 복수의 광 비임을 조합, 중계 및 여과시키는 방법이며,(a) 복수의 광 비임을 각각 변조하는 단계와,(b) 각각의 변조된 광 비임을 조합하는 단계와,(c) 조합된 광 비임을 화상면으로 중계하는 단계와,(d) 조합된 광 비임이 화상면으로 중계되는 동안 조합된 광 비임을 여과시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 각각의 복수의 광 비임은 0차 광으로서 입사 광 비임의 일부를 반사시키고 1차 광으로서 입사 광 비임의 다른 부분을 회절시킴으로써 변조되는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 조합된 광 비임은 0차 광을 통과시키고 1차 광이 화상면으로 중계되도록 1차 광을 반사시킴으로써 여과되는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 조합된 광 비임은 1차 광을 통과시키고 0차 광이 화상면으로 중계되도록 0차 광을 반사시킴으로써 여과되는 방법.
- (a) 복수의 광 비임을 각각 변조하는 수단과,(b) 각각의 변조된 광 비임을 조합하는 수단과,(c) 조합된 광 비임을 화상면으로 중계하는 수단과,(d) 조합된 광 비임이 화상면으로 중계되는 동안 조합된 광 비임을 여과시키는 수단을 포함하는 광학 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 변조하는 수단은 복수의 광 비임 중 하나에 각각 대응하는 복수의 회절격자 광 밸브형 장치를 포함하는 광학 시스템.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 중계하는 수단은 제1 미러 및 제2 미러를 포함하는 변조식 오프너 릴레이형 장치를 포함하는 광학 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 여과시키는 수단은 슐리렌형 필터로 구성되는 제2 미러를 포함하는 광학 시스템.
