본 발명은 동물 식물의 생체 방어, 신체 리듬 조절, 예방의학의 차원에서 병후 회복 자양건강 등의 생체조절 기능을 발현하도록 설계하여 가공시킨 사골육수에 관한 것이다.
본 발명품은 약리 기능성 물질들을 각각 함유시켜 가공할 수도 있고 모두 다 함께 함유시켜서 가공할 수도 있다.

본 발명은 기능성물질(3P)을 함유시켜 가공한 것으로써 즉 생체조절 기능 다시 말해서 모든 동물 식물들이 섭취 등으로 사용할 때 질병의 예방과 회복 또한 신체의 자연 면역력을 높여주는 새로운 타입의 사골육수를 제공함에 있다 본 발명은 기능성 물질의 성분을 풍부하게 함유하면서도, 뛰어난 기호성을 나타내며 또한 부작용이 없는 등의 이점이 있는 기능성 물질을 함유한 사골육수에 관한 것이다
사골육수가 되는 물질을 함유한 원료에서 가공법에 의해 제조되는 본 발명품은 그 재료의 선택에 따라, 조성 비율에는 차이가 있다하더라도 첨가 부재료와 함께, 각종 모든 영양소 아미노산, 철분, 비타민, 망간, 마그네슘, 미네랄, 등 유용성분 등이 바람직한 바란스로 함유되어 이들 성분이 복잡하게 서로 작용하여 기호성이 좋은 기능성 물질의 좋은 재료가 된다. 또한 그 자체로서의 보건, 자양의 견지에서도 뛰어난 재료가 될 것이다. 본 발명의 발효법은 전제, 침제, 주제 등을 실시하며 당화처리공정, 초산·젖산·유산발효가 있으며 혼합 효소를 투입시켜 가공처리 공정이 있다.
한편 기능성 물질 상기 기술한 재료들은 보건, 자양, 강장효과나 약리효과를보이는 유용한 성분을 함유하고 있어, 동서를 막론하고 의약품이나 의약부외품을 만드는데 직접 사용도 하는 등 옛부터 추출액체 등으로 이용되어 왔다. 본 발명자는 위에서 기술한 기능성 물질의 유용성분 및 생약성분 등 양자를 함유하는 새로운 타입의 천연원료인 기능성 물질로 만든 사골육수를 개발하기 위해 연구해 왔다. 그 결과, 천연원료 즉, 기능성 물질에서 사골육수를 제조함에 있어서 가공처리의 임의처리공정을 기능성 물질의 첨가 공존하에서 실시함에 따라 개선된 추출효율을 가진 기능성 물질이 함유되어져서 당 유용성분을 풍부하게 함유하면서도 기능성 물질의 기호성의 나쁜점을 동반하지 않으면서 우수한 기호성을 지닌 한편, 기능성 물질의 추출물에서 보여지는, 경시적 호리 발생의 트러블도 일어나지 않고, 게다가 예상되는 가공시의 저해 현상도 피할 수 있는 우수한 기호적성, 안정성을 구비한 동시에 기능성 물질 성분을 풍부하게 함유하는 사골육수의 뛰어난 성분을 겸비한 새로운 타입의 사골육수를 제공할 수 있는 사실을 발견했다.
한편, 이 새로운 타입의 우수한 모든 개선성질을 가지고 있는 기능성 물질의 재료와 일반 첨가재료에 단순히, 기능성 물질 성분 함유물을 첨가해서는 얻을 수 없고 본 발명품 제조용 천연원료에서 본 발명품을 제조할 때의 가공처리의 임의처리공정을 기능성 물질의 생약성분 함유물의 첨가공전하에 실시함에 따라 비로소 제조할 수 있다는 것을 알았다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 새로운 타입의 사골육수를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명은 쌀, 보리, 밀, 조, 귀리, 동부, 메밀, 수수, 팥, 녹두, 야채와 과일류 일체와 곡류 일체, 율무, 기장, 찹쌀 등 식물류 일체를 각 비율대로 추출하여발효시킨 곡주에 기능성 물질(3P)과 매실, 생강, 인삼, 홍삼, 포도, 녹각, 배, 살구, 사과, 감, 머루, 수박, 다래, 바나나, 파인애플, 참외, 자두, 복숭아, 버찌, 자몽, 토마토, 오이, 당근, 마늘, 파, 양파, 부추, 상치, 브로콜리, 선인장, 신선초, 알로에, 토르마린 원석가루, 황토, 숯 등과 과일류와 야채 채소류 일체와 한봉소초를 배합 발효시켜, 제조된 물질과 사골육수를 배합하여 가공 제조한 기능성 물질이 함유된 사골육수의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 알려진 그 제조방법으로는 물과 재료를 혼합가공하는 일반적인 수법으로 전래되어 보통으로 사용되고 있으나 그 종류로는 일반 사골율수 등에 불과한 현실이다
이에 본 발명은 기능성물질(3P)이 체내의 신진대사와 생체방어, 신체리듬조절, 질병의 예방과 회복 등 생체조절기능 등에 쓰이는 점을 이용하여 오장육부 기능을 향상시키는 것으로 알려진 기능성 물질을 곡식류, 야채 식물류, 과일류 일체와 토르마린원석과 황토, 숯 등과 혼합 발효시켜 본 발명품의 재료와 혼합 발효 또는 가공시켜서 섭취시 건강을 보조할 수 있는 기능성 물질을 이용한 천연양조다이어트 효소가 든 사골육수의 제조방법을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
본 발명의 구성은 다음과 같다.
본 발명품의 천연 원료에서 사골육수를 제조하는 수법은 잘 알려져 있어 본 발명에 이용할 수 있다.
본 발명에 첨가하는 기능성물질(3P)은 설탕·소금 기타 녹차류가 든 물에 각 비율대로 추출해서 넣고서 발효시켜 제조하든지, 물에 풀어 끓여 제조하든지, 가루 또는 액체, 또는 그대로 해서 본 발명품의 재료에 첨가하여 혼합시켜 가공하든지 할 수 있고 기타 함유시키는 그외의 통상적인 방법과 수법은 본 발명에 이용할 수 있다.
기타, 가공방법으로는 볶고 쪄고, 삶거나, 분쇄시켜 발명품의 원재료와 혼합 가공하는 공정이 있고 또한 그 혼합 가공하는 공정에 초산·젖산·유산공발효공정을 하는 등 인체나 동물에게 유익한 모든 발효공정을 병행 실시하며 이러한 임의처리 공정을 실시함에 있어서 기능성 물질(3P)의 생약성분 함유물의 첨가 공전하에서 실시하여 제조할 수 있다.
본 발명의 다이어트 효소가 든 사골육수의 제조에 이용하는 양조식초의 천연원재료는 예를들면 동부, 귀리, 메밀, 기장, 쌀, 보리, 율무, 조, 콩, 기타 곡류, 지게미 또는 사과, 포도 등의 과실류와, 감자, 고구마, 우엉, 마, 기타, 설탕, 녹말, 전분, 갈분, 탄수화물 원료들과 사탕수수, 펄프, 알콜등을 예로 들 수 있으며, 이들 천연 원재료를 이용하여 쌀, 알콜, 맥아 등의 재료로 사골육수를 제조하는 수법은 알려져 있어 본 발명 기능성 사골육수의 제조에 이용할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명품에 함유시키는 기능성 물질(3P)과 본 발명품 원재료를 발효시키는 것에는 정치법(精置法), 속초법(涑酢法), 심부발효법(深部), 연속심부발효법 등 여러가지 방법이 알려져 있고 본 발명 기능성 물질이 함유된 사골육수의 제조에 선택 이용된다.
기능성 물질(3P)을 각 비율대로 조성한 100kg의 기능성 물질에 매실, 생강,포도, 바나나, 배, 파인애플, 대추, 밤, 사과, 참외, 수박, 감, 살구, 복숭아, 자두, 한방소초를 각 비율대로 100kg과 곡식류를 100kg 조성시켜 독에 장입시켜 15℃∼45℃의 온도로 유지시켜 1∼6개월이상 자연발효시켜 230kg 상당의 기능성 물질이 제조된다.
여기에 곡물과 과일 누룩으로 제조되어 걸러진 착즙과 93:17로 해서 그 비율로 혼합할때의 공정에다가 물 50kg을 같이 조성시켜 장입시켜 1달이상 숙성시킨 후 각 원료 약품들을 각 비율대로 첨가하여 발효된 기능성 물질액을 제조해내고 그것(250kg)을 본 발명품의 원재료 사골육수에 혼합가공 함유시켜 제조해내고서 발효된 기능성 물질액과 혼합됨으로 가공 완료된 사골육수 걸러서 내면 즙과 액이 되고 조금 말려서 둥글게 효소환을 만들고 말려서 가루로 가공할 수도 있으며 캡슐로도 만들 수 있다
또한 가공방법은 기능성 물질을 각 비율대로 추출한(100kg)에 물(500kg)을 넣고 조성한(600kg)을 솥에 넣고 1시간이상 끓인후 유용한 성분을 추출한 이온화된 탕제엑기스 성분으로 본발명의 원재료에 혼합시켜 가공 실시할 수도 있다. 본 발명은 다이어트 효소와 원적외선, 음이온, 등의 방출효과와 자양강장에 관계되는 발명으로써 캡슐, 팩식, 분말가루식, 정제알약식, 은단식, 등 어떠한 형태라도 제조할 수 있으며 다이어트에 관계되는 비타민, 각종 영양물질, 미네랄, 효소, 생체방어, 신체리듬조절, 질병의 예방과 회복, 등 생체조절기능을 발현하도록, 설계 가공된 것이며 섭취사용시 간에서 분해할 필요없이 체내의 위에서 소화되고 장내에서 그대로 흡수되고 신진대사를 촉진하고 오장육부, 눈, 코, 귀, 심장, 뇌의 기능을 향상시키고 비만체중을 표준체중으로 유지시키는데 도움을 주는 원적외선과 음이온 방출이 나와서 도움이 되는 건강보조하는 사골육수가 된다.

- 다이어트 효소가 든 사골육수의 천연원료에서 기능성 물질을 함유한 사골육수를 제조할 때의 당화처리와 초산·젖산·유산 발효처리 등 유익한 모든 종류의 발효처리공정을 "기능성물질(3p)의 생약엑기스 성분의 함유물의 첨가 공존하에서 실시하여 얻어진 다이어트효소가 함유된 사골육수인점을 특징으로 하는 생약성분이 함유되고 기능성 물질이 함유된 사골육수의 제조방법
