Abstract

PURPOSE: A soldering device for cold rolled steel sheets is provided to increase operation speed and convenience and improve economical and operation efficiencies by making the soldering device portable and quickly performing a soldering operation. CONSTITUTION: In a soldering operation for preheating a base metal(10) of cold rolled steel sheets with a hot air blower(32) and then welding the base metal with a soldering iron(31), a soldering device for the cold rolled steel sheets positions the hot air blower together with the soldering iron in front of the soldering iron in the progressive direction of soldering. The hot air blower and the soldering iron are integrated by one holder(33). The installation gap between the hot air blower and the soldering iron is 5cm to prevent the soldering iron from being cooled by the flux of wind generated from the hot air blower in mounting the hot air blower near the soldering iron.
