Claims (5)
- 습식법을 이용한 수산화아파타이트 분말의 제조방법에 있어서,반응단계에서 Ca/P 비율이 1.67∼2.0을 만족하며, 인산 전구체 수용액을 칼슘 수용액에 서서히 적하시켜 반응시키는 단계와, 반응결과 얻어진 수용액으로부터 겔상태의 반응생성물을 얻어 이를 결정화시키고 분쇄하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수산화아파타이트 나노분말의 제조 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,칼슘 전구체 수용액은 질산칼슘수용액인 수산화아파타이트 나노분말의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,인산 전구체 수용액은 인산암모늄 수용액인 수산화아파타이트 나노분말의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,결정화과정은 800∼1200℃에서 수행되는 수산화아파타이트 나노분말의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,분쇄과정은 습식 볼밀링과정으로 수행되는 수산화아파타이트 나노분말의 제조방법
