Description
Claims (7)
- 헤드를 가지는 뼈 스크류와, 상기 뼈 스크류의 헤드의 상측을 지지하는 캡과, 상기 캡이 수용됨과 동시에 상기 뼈 스크류의 헤드가 걸리는 보어를 가지며 지지바가 수용되는 U형의 채널을 가진 리시버부재와, 상기 리시버부재에 나사결합되어 상기 지지바를 고정하는 바 고정너트를 구비하되,상기 보어는, 상기 헤드의 상부 외면에 선접촉되어 헤드의 지지력을 높이도록 하부 내면에 형성된 다중 단차부와, 상기 캡이 수용되도록 상기 다중 단차부의 상측에 형성된 캡 수용부와, 상기 캡 수용부의 내경보다 작은 내경으로 형성되어 상기 바 고정너트가 나사결합되는 나사부로 이루어지고,상기 캡의 상단에는 상기 나사부의 내경보다 큰 외경으로 된 플랜지가 형성되어, 상기 캡은 그 플랜지가 상기 나사부의 하단부와 함께 소성변형을 일으켜 상기 캡 수용부에 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 뼈 스크류의 헤드 외면에는 상기 캡과의 마찰력을 높이도록 다수의 홈띠가 소정의 간격으로 형성되되,상기 홈띠는 뼈 스크류의 고정각도와 무관하게 상기 캡의 하단 접촉선이 가로지르도록 상기 뼈 스크류의 축선에 대해 비대칭적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 홈띠의 깊이는 0.01 ~ 0.03mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리시버부재는 상기 지지바가 통과하는 중앙부의 직경이 상,하측의 직경보다 큰 항아리 형태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치.
- 상기 제1항의 캡을 조립할 시에는,상기 캡을 기울려 그 플랜지의 일측을 상기 캡 수용부에 먼저 수용시키고 그 플랜지의 타측을 나사부에 걸리게 한 다음,가압공구로 상기 캡을 가압하여 상기 나사부에 걸린 플랜지 부분을 상기 나사부의 하단부와 함께 소성변형이 생기도록 하면서 상기 캡 수용부에 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치의 조립방법.
- 상기 제1항의 뼈 고정장치로 시술할 시에 사용되는 공구로서,상기 뼈 스크류의 렌치 삽입구에 끼워지는 끝단 돌출부와 상기 리시버부재의 나사부에 나사결합되는 나사부를 구비하여 상기 뼈 고정장치의 뼈 스크류와 리시버부재를 정렬하는 정렬로드와,상기 정렬로드를 회전시키도록 상기 정렬로드에 결합된 손잡이로 이루어지는것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치의 시술 공구.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 뼈 스크류의 죔력과 풀림력을 높이고 상기 리시버 부재의 후퇴를 용이하게 하도록 상기 정렬로드의 외측에는 상기 리시버부재의 채널에 삽입되어 걸리는 플랜지를 가지며 정렬로드의 길이방향으로 슬라이딩가능한 외측 파이프가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정장치의 시술 공구.
