Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hose integrated with an electric wire is provided to easily fix the electric wire to the outer circumference of the hose without additional fixing members. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hose integrated with an electric wire comprises the step of: supplying the electric wire(2) heated by a heater(4) above a corrugated tube(1) extruded from a nozzle(10); moving the electric wire and the corrugated tube side by side; inserting the electric wire and the corrugated tube into a mold(5); coupling upper and lower molds(6a,6b) having a tube groove(7) and a wire groove(8); and forming fused parts at the sides of the electric wire and the corrugated tube by a fusing groove(9).
