본 발명은 전선일체형 호스 및 그제조방법에 관한것이다.The present invention relates to an integrated wire hose and a method for manufacturing the same.
유체의 이동 및 운송을 위하여 주름관이 많이 사용되고 있다. 또한, 유체를 공급하기 위해서는 펌프 및 모터등과 같은 별도의 장치가 필요하게된다.Corrugated pipes are widely used for the movement and transportation of fluids. In addition, in order to supply the fluid, a separate device such as a pump and a motor is required.

본 발명에서는 주름관(1)의 외주면 길이방향으로 전선(2)의 측면이 길이방향으로 나란하게 부착되도록 구성된다. 전선의 부착은 전선(2)과 주름관(1) 사이가 가열되면서 각각의 재질이 용융되고 그 용융된 부분이 서로 접착하여 융착부를 형성하도록 구성된다.In the present invention, the side surface of the wire (2) in the longitudinal direction of the outer circumferential surface of the corrugated pipe (1) is configured to be side-by-side attached.
