Abstract

A fusion bonded-type connector improving fusion bonded efficiency is provided to be fused and connected easily to a synthetic resin pipe having various outer diameter differences and an uneven surface. In a fusion bonded-type connector(100a) improving fusion bonded efficiency, a heating wire(112a) is arranged along the inner surface, and formed like a cylinder or semi-cylinder type. The connection member has a main body(110a) fused in a synthetic resin pipe. A hollow(120a) guiding the compressed air is formed inside the main body along the heating wire, and forces resin melted by the heating wire to the synthetic resin pipe in the course of a fusing process.

Description

융착 성능이 향상된 융착식 연결부재{FUSION BONDED-TYPE CONNECTOR IMPROVING FUSION BONDED EFFICIENCY}FUSION BONDED-TYPE CONNECTOR IMPROVING FUSION BONDED EFFICIENCY}

The present invention relates to a fusion-splicing member, and more particularly, formed on the inner circumferential surface of the main body in which the heating wire is disposed along the heating wire, and forming a hollow portion through which the compressed air flows, thereby compressing the air into the hollow portion during the fusion operation. Fusion performance that allows molten resin to flow to the outer diameter side of the synthetic resin pipe so that the connection of the synthetic resin pipe with a large tolerance of the outer diameter or the connecting member can be easily fused to the synthetic resin pipe with an irregular outer surface An improved fusion splicing member is provided.

In general, synthetic resin pipes have almost no material eluting from the pipes themselves, are not corrosive, and have the advantages of being semi-permanent unless they are artificially damaged, and having low material and construction costs. It is used for various purposes such as sewer pipes and drain pipes. Gas pipes and water pipes are made of a constant thickness and inner diameter and outer diameter of the gas due to the nature of the gas (gas), but sewage pipes and drain pipes are manufactured with a large allowable tolerance itself, such as thickness, inner diameter and outer diameter depending on the production environment.

Since these synthetic resin pipes are manufactured to a certain length, they are used to be connected to each other in the field in order to obtain desired length, and also to connect branch pipes for supplying fluid flowing through the main pipe to each use place. Although methods have been provided, most of the methods using heat have been used in the electro-fusion (EF) method.

On the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical body 12a or the semi-cylindrical body 12b, heating wires 14a and 14b are disposed along the inner circumferential surface, and respective ends of the heating wires 14a and 14b are exposed on the outer circumferential surfaces of the main bodies 12a and 12b. Each end of the exposed heating wires 14a and 14b is connected to ground terminals 16a and 16b disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body 12a or the semi-cylindrical body 12b.

As shown, the above-described cylindrical connecting member (10a) is used to connect one synthetic resin pipe (P1) and another synthetic resin pipe (P2), the semi-cylindrical connecting member (10b) is the main pipe made of synthetic resin ( It is used to connect branch pipe (P4) in P3).

By the way, the conventional cylindrical connecting member (10a) can be easily used in a gas pipe and a water pipe having a constant outer diameter, but in a synthetic resin pipe such as sewage pipe and drain pipe that the outer diameter is not constant, the cylindrical connecting member (10a) and the synthetic resin pipe (P1, P2) Due to their poor contact, there was a problem in that the fusion between the cylindrical connecting member 10a and the synthetic resin pipes P1 and P2 could not be performed smoothly.

In addition, the conventional semi-cylindrical connecting member 10b also has a problem in that the fusion of the semi-cylindrical connecting member 10b and the main pipe P3 is not smoothly performed when the outer diameter of the main pipe P3 is irregular.

Figure 2a is a cross-sectional view showing a fusion splicing member with improved fusion performance according to the present invention, Figure 2b is a side cross-sectional view along the line AA shown in Figure 2a, and Figure 3 is another fusion performance in accordance with the present invention Sectional drawing showing this improved fusion splicing member.

2A to 3, the fusion splicing members 100a and 100b having improved fusion performance according to the present invention are manufactured in a cylindrical shape, as shown in FIG. 2A, or as shown in FIG. 3. Likewise, it is made into a semi-cylindrical shape. The cylindrical connecting member 100a shown in FIG. 2A is used to connect one synthetic resin pipe P1 and another synthetic resin pipe P2, and the semi-cylindrical connecting member shown in FIG. 100b) is used to branch the branch pipe P4 from one of the synthetic resin pipes P3 (main pipe).

As shown, the connection members 100a and 100b include a cylindrical body 110a or a semi-cylindrical body 110b. The heating wires 112a and 112b are disposed along the inner circumferential surfaces of the main bodies 110a and 110b on the inner circumferential surfaces of the main bodies 110a and 110b. Each end of the heating wires 112a and 112b is connected to the ground terminals 114a and 114b disposed on the outer circumferential surfaces of the main bodies 110a and 110b.

Preferably, one radial side of the heating wires 114a and 114b is buried on the inner circumferential surfaces of the main bodies 110a and 110b, and the other radial sides of the heating wires 114a and 114b are exposed onto the inner circumferential surfaces of the main bodies 110a and 110b.

Meanwhile, hollow parts 120a and 120b through which the compressed air is guided along the heating wires 114a and 114b are formed inside the main bodies 110a and 110b. The hollow parts 120a and 120b are formed inside the main bodies 110a and 110b so as not to interfere with the heating wires 112a and 112b and the outer circumferential surfaces of the main bodies 110a and 110b.

In addition, the guide protrusions 130a and 130b are integrally formed on the outer circumferential surfaces of the main bodies 110a and 110b, and the guide parts 132a and 132b through which compressed air flows into the guide protrusions 130a and 130b are hollow parts 120a and 120b. Is formed to be connected to, guide hoses (130a, 130b) is connected to the injection hose (not shown) is injected compressed air.

That is, the compressed air introduced through the guide parts 132a and 132b is guided to the hollow parts 120a and 120b, and the compressed air guided to the hollow parts 120a and 120b is applied to the heating wires 112a and 112b to which a high frequency current is applied. ) Into the synthetic resin pipe (P1, P2, P3) to be connected to the molten molten resin.

Hereinafter, the state of use of the fusion splicing member 100 with improved fusion performance formed as described above will be briefly described.

First, in order to connect one synthetic resin pipe P1 and another synthetic resin pipe P2, the synthetic resin pipes P1 and P2 are respectively inserted into both inner circumferential surfaces of the cylindrical main body 110a. When the synthetic resin pipes P1 and P2 to be connected are inserted into the cylindrical main body 100a, the welding machine is connected under a state in which a cable (not shown) of a welding machine (not shown) is connected to the ground terminal 114a. When activated, a high frequency current is applied to the heating wire 112a through the cable and the ground terminal 114a.

As described above, when a high frequency current is applied to the heating wire 112a, the heating wire 112a buried on the inner circumferential surface of the main body 110a melts the surface of the inner circumferential surface of the main body 110a and moves outward to the inner circumferential surface of the main body 110a. The exposed heating wire 112a melts the outer circumferential surfaces of the synthetic resin pipes P1 and P2 inserted into the main body 110a. At this time, when the high-frequency current is applied to the heating wire (112a), and supply compressed air through the guide projection (130a), the compressed air is introduced into the hollow portion (120a) through the guide portion (132a), hollow portion ( The compressed air introduced into 120a may cause the resin melted on the inner circumferential surface of the main body 110a toward the synthetic resin pipes P1 and P2 to be fused with the melted resin on the outer circumferential surfaces of the synthetic resin pipes P1 and P2. That is, the compressed air inflates the hollow portion 120a to cause the resin melted on the inner circumferential surface of the main body 110a to move toward the synthetic resin pipes P1 and P2. Thus, the hollow portion 120a inflated by the compressed air may be easily fused without contacting the inner circumferential surface of the main body 110a due to an error in the outer diameter of the synthetic resin pipes P1 and P2 to be connected.

On the other hand, the semi-cylindrical body (100b) can also be fusion-bonded in the same manner under the state in close contact with the synthetic resin pipe (P3), and thus can be easily fused to the irregular synthetic resin pipe (P3) surface.
