CONSTITUTION: A vulcanizing part(5) is placed circumferentially in a flange part(3) of a hubcap(1) and formed by curing rubber surrounding the flange part. The rubber is vulcanized in the flange part of the hubcap for sealing efficiently. The U-shaped section is formed in the vulcanizing part to surround the flange part completely. The flange part of the hubcap is bonded firmly to the vulcanizing part by securing the bonding area. A semicircular section protruded end(9) is formed circumferentially in the vulcanizing part for a wheel hub. Sealing efficiency between the hubcap and the wheel hub is improved by contacting the semicircular section protruded end to the wheel hub with inserting the hubcap to the wheel hub. The wheel bearing is operated quietly by restricting inflow of moisture or foreign matters to the wheel bearing.
