Description

리어 서스펜션의 부쉬마운팅 어댑터-댐퍼{BUSH MOUNTING ADAPTER-DAMPER OF REAR SUSPENSION }BUSH MOUNTING ADAPTER-DAMPER OF REAR SUSPENSION}

The present invention relates to a bushing mounting adapter-damper of the rear suspension, and more particularly, to the rear axle steer (or swinging) by installing an adapter damper on the bushing mounting portion of a coupled torsion beam axle (CTBA) suspension. It is a rear mounting bushing adapter-damper that improves the grip of the road and tire while facilitating the absorption of vibration during driving of the load load.

In general, the suspension system of a car is a device that absorbs shock by connecting the axle and the car body, and prevents damage to the car body or cargo by preventing the axle from being directly transmitted to the car body when the car is running. It improves ride comfort, supports the weight of the vehicle, absorbs the vibration of the wheel, and is equipped with a steering system.

Independent suspension type can be used to lighten the weight of the spring to improve the ride comfort and to lower the bottom of the car body to use the trailing female suspension device to secure the interior space, usually the coil It is connected to the axle by the spring or the torsion bar spring.

In addition, a suspension bush made of a rubber material is interposed between the axle frame and the trailing arm to easily absorb the shock transmitted from the axle.

That is, the bush 6 is applied to the bush mounting portion 4 of the coupled torsion beam axle (CTBA) of FIG. 1 among the conventional non-independent rear wheel suspensions configured to perform the above functions. To support the weight of the vehicle, as well as the shock absorption delivered to the axle (8).

In addition, due to the spring characteristic that acts in a constant direction when absorbing the impact of the bush 6, as shown in FIG. 2, an oversteer is generated by the axle steer. There is a problem that the characteristics are poor.

Accordingly, it is required to develop a toe control bush that controls the toe by reshaping the trailing arm bush.

In order to solve the problems of the prior art made as described above, an object of the present invention is to pivot the rear by installing an adapter damper in the bushing mounting portion of the coupled toe beam beam axle (CTBA) suspension The axle steer is an understeer trend and provides a rear mounting bush-mounting adapter-damper that improves the grip of the road and tires while facilitating the absorption of vibrations when driving a load load.
