Claims (13)
- 하기를 포함하는, 950 kg/m3이상의 밀도, 0.05 내지 2 g/10 분의 유동성 지수 MI5및 0.15 내지 1 몰% 의 탄소수 4 - 10 의 알파-올레핀 함량을 갖는 조성물 :- 조성물의 총중량에 대해 53 내지 63 중량% 의, 100 g/10 분 이상의 유동성 지수 MI2, 969 kg/m3이상의 밀도 및 4 초과의 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn 를 갖는 에틸렌 중합체 분획 (A), 및- 조성물의 총중량에 대해 37 내지 47 중량% 의, 0.001 내지 0.5g/10 분의 유동성 지수 MI5, 930 kg/m3이하의 밀도 및 4 초과의 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn 를 갖는, 에틸렌 및 0.32 내지 2.7 몰% 의 탄소수 4 - 10 의 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀의 공중합체 분획 (B),- 여기에서 분획 (A) 의 MI2대 분획 (B) 의 MI5의 비는 20000 초과이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조성물은 952 kg/m3내지 960 kg/m3의 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조성물은 0.1 내지 1 g/10 분의 MI5을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물은 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 55 중량% 이상의 에틸렌 중합체 분획 (A) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 조성물은 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 57-62중량% 의 에틸렌 중합체 분획 (A) 및 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 38-43중량% 의 공중합체 분획 (B)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물은 탄소수 4 - 10 의 알파-올레핀으로부터 유도된 단량체 단위체를 0.2 몰% 내지 0.7 몰% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알파-올레핀은 1-부텐 및/또는 1-헥센인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 준비중의 표준 ISO/DIS 16770.2 (2001) (80℃, 5.0 MPa 의 응력하(Arkopal N110 2% 용액중))에 기재된 방법으로 측정시의 파열시간에 의해 반영되는, 100 시간 초과의 FNCT 를 갖는 것을특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물은 표준 ISO/TR 9080 에 따라 11.2 이상의 MRS 등급을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 병렬로 연결된 2 개 이상의 중합 반응기에서 하기의 단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 조성물의 제조 방법 :- 제 1 반응기에서, 희석제, 수소, 전이금속 기재 촉매 및 조촉매를 포함하는 매질에서 에틸렌을 현탁 중합시켜 에틸렌 중합체 (A) 를 조성물의 총중량에 대해 53 내지 63 중량% 형성시키는 단계,- 중합체 (A)가 포함되어진 매질을 상기 반응기로부터 발취 및 팽창시켜 수소의 적어도 일부를 탈기시키는 단계, 이어서- 중합체 (A) 및 일부 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 다른 탄소수 4 - 10 의 알파-올레핀을 포함하는 상기의 적어도 부분적으로 탈기된 매질을 추가의 반응기에 도입한 후 현탁 중합시켜 에틸렌 공중합체 (B) 를 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 37 내지 40중량% 형성시키는 단계.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 사용되는 촉매는 10 내지 30중량% 의 전이 금속, 0.5 내지 20중량% 의 마그네슘, 20 내지 60중량% 의 할로겐 및 0.1 내지 1O중량% 의 알루미늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 파이프의 제조를 위한 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 조성물의 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물 또는 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항의 방법으로 형성된 조성물을 압출하는 것을 포함하는, 파이프의 제조방법.
