Description
본 발명은 단열성, 방화성, 차음성, 경제성, 방균성, 경량성, 시공성이 우수한 석고보드를 모든 건축현장에서 마감전 시공재로 사용하고 있는데에 착안하였으며 불연재라는데 더욱 매력을 느껴 이런 재료로 건축 마감재를 만든다면 화재도 예방되고 유독가스 질식 사망은 생기지 않을 것입니다. 건축물 노출 부위에 따라 필요한 단열, 방음, 방수를 위해 중공벽설치를 하여 완성된 패널보드를 시공하여 효과를 증대할 수 있도록 하였습니다.The present invention focuses on the use of gypsum board with excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, sound insulation, economic efficiency, antibacterial property, light weight, and workability as a construction material before finishing in all construction sites. 이에 본 발명은 시대에 맞춰 진보된 건축자재를 생산하여 공급하고자 하는데 초점을맞춰 현장에서 시공해야할 보온, 단열, 방수, 방습, 방음 장치를 공장에서 본 건축마감용 패널보드에 하여 불연재로써 생산 공급 시공 한다면 부족한 기술인력도 해결되고 공기단축으로 건축비 절감에도 일조를 하여 건축관계자 분들이나 불연마감재 사용으로 입주자들도 만족하기 위함입니다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 석고보드 갓쪽에 중공벽 칸막이를 대고 중앙에도 십자로 칸막이를 대준 뒤 석고보드 덮개로 덮어 락카, 니스를 발라 건조후 몰타르 결집력을 높이기 위한 알미늄망으로 감싸 몰타르를 두껍게 발라 강도를 높여 건조후 마감재를 발라 코팅후 완성품으로 생산하는 조립식 패널보드입니다.Therefore, the present invention focuses on producing and supplying the advanced building materials according to the times, focusing on the construction of the thermal insulation, heat insulation, waterproofing, moisture proofing, and soundproofing devices on the panel board for building finishing as seen from the factory.
