본 고안은 농수산물 건조기에 관한 것으로 일정공간의 피건조물을 적재 할 수 있는 건조실(101)이 있고 가스버너(207)와 열판(208)이 있으며 증발기(203)와 응축기(205)를 설치하고, 이 증발기(203)와 응축기(205)를 냉매압축기(201)와 팽창변(202)에 연결 설치하여 냉동 사이클을 형성 함으로서, 상기한 냉동 사이클이 순환되면서 발생되는 증발열과 응축열을 이용하여 농수산물이 건조 되도록 하였으며, 건조실(101)의 수분이 함유된 공기를 팬(204)의 기동에 의해 흡기되며 증발기(203)에 의해 결로 현상이 발생되어 물로 변환되면 물받이(210)를 통하여 외부로 배출되고 증발기(203)에 의해 저온건기가 된 공기는 팬(204)을 거쳐 응축기(205)에서 재 가열되어 고온건기 상태로 건조실(101)로 급기 된다.The present invention relates to an agricultural and marine product dryer, which has a drying chamber 101 for loading dry items of a predetermined space, a gas burner 207 and a hot plate 208, and an evaporator 203 and a condenser 205 are installed.
