- 액상실리콘고무와 도전성 카본블랙이 질량비 기준 100 : 1 ~ 15 로 혼합된 도전성 조성물을 씨줄(230)과 날줄(220)로 직조된 메쉬(240) 형상의 구조틀에 코팅하여 구성되며, 씨줄 또는 날줄의 양 단부에 전원을 공급하기 위한 단자로 직조물의 씨줄 또는 날줄보다 더 길게 형성되는 단자부(210)를 포함하고, 상기 단자(210)부는 전도성이 우수한 주석도금동선, 은선 등의 양호한 도체금속선으로 직조하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본유연성발열메쉬.
- 액상실리콘고무와 도전성 카본블랙이 질량비 기준 100 : 1 ~ 15 로 혼합된 도전성 조성물을 판상, 봉상, 환상, 바 형태 중 선택된 어느 한 형상의 구조틀에 코팅하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 카본유연성발열메쉬.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,액상실리콘고무와 희석제만을 혼합, 교반한 조성물로 상기 도전성 조성물 표면에 절연코팅한 것을 특징으로 하는 카본유연성발열메쉬.
