본 고안은 진공포장용 옥수수에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 진공포장되는 옥수수에 있어서, 옥수수 심지에 하나 또는 둘 이상의 구멍을 천공시킨 진공포장용 옥수수에 관한 것으로써, 옥수수를 멸균시켜 진공포장하였을 때 심지에 잔존하고 있던 세균까지 완전히 멸균되어 장기간 상온에 방치하더라도 부패되거나 진공이 풀릴 염려가 없으므로 냉동보관할 필요가 없고, 따라서 먹기위해 다시 삶을 필요가 없으므로 간편하게 즉시 찐 상태의 옥수수를 섭취할 수 있으며, 옥수수의 영양도 유지되면서 옥수수 특유의 담백한 맛이 보존될 수 있는 진공포장용 옥수수를 제공할 수 있다.The present invention relates to vacuum-packaged corn, and more particularly, to vacuum-packaged corn, which relates to vacuum-packaged corn in which one or two or more holes are drilled in the corn wick, when the corn is sterilized and vacuum-packed.
