Abstract
본 고안은 자동차의 맥퍼슨형 현가장치의 너클 연결구조에 관한 것으로서, 기존의 현가장치는 자동차의 상하 방향으로만 유연하여 상하 충격만을 억제하는 한계가 있었기 때문에, 이를 보완하기 위해 본 고안을 적용하면 바퀴가 상하뿐만 아니라, 동시에 전후 방향으로도 운동할 수 있게 하여 유연성이 증대되어 승차감이 향상된다. 상기 고안은 기존의 현가장치의 스트럿(15)에 장착된 너클브라켓(16)과 너클(18)을 전후 방향으로 회전 가능하게 연결하고, 너클하부(19)와 쇽옵저버스프링일체형의 스프링(12) 아래쪽에 추가 설치한 튜브형스프링지지체(13)의 중심과 링크하여 상하 방향 및 전후 방향으로 유연성을 제공하여 승차감을 향상시킨다.The present invention relates to the knuckle connection structure of the McPherson-type suspension of a vehicle, and the existing suspension has a limitation of suppressing only the vertical impact because it is only flexible in the vertical direction of the vehicle, Not only the up and down, but also the movement in the front and rear direction at the same time, the flexibility is increased to improve the riding comfort. 본 고안은 맥퍼슨형 현가장치의 너클 연결구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 자세하게는 기존의 현가장치의 상하 방향의 충격억제 작용뿐만 아니라, 전후 방향의 충격 억제도 가능하게 하는 고안이다. 일반적인 현가장치의 중요한 기능은 자동차의 상하 방향으로 유연성을 제공하여 노면의 요철로 인한 충격이나 진동을 완화하여 차체에 전달되지 않도록 하는 것이다. 기존의 모든 현가장치는 바퀴를 상하 방향으로만 움직이며 충격을 완화했다. 하지만 자동차가 주행 시 노면의 요철에 의해 바퀴가 받는 충격방향은 차속이 빠르면 빠를수록 상하 방향이 아닌, 전후 방향의 충격에 가까워 진다. 따라서 상하 방향으로만 유연한 기존의 현가장치들은 고속 주행 시 노면의 요철에 의한 충격을 효과적으로 완화하지 못하는 문제점이 있다.The present invention relates to a knuckle connection structure of the McPherson suspension system, and more particularly, to devise not only the impact suppression in the vertical direction of the existing suspension device, but also the impact suppression in the front and rear directions. 첨부되는 도면과 관련하여 본 고안의 구성과 작용에 대하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 기존의 맥퍼슨형 현가장치의 스트럿(15)에 너클브라켓(16)을 장착하고, 너클브라켓(16)과 너클상부(17)를 전후 방향으로 회전 가능하도록 볼 조인트로 연결한다. 단, 너클브라켓(16)은 너클상부(17)의 최대 회전 각도를 잡아준다. 쇽옵저버스프링일체형의 스프링(12) 아래 부분에 스프링을 받쳐주는 튜브형스프링지지체(13)를 장착하고, 튜브형스프링지지체(13)의 아래 부분과 기존 현가장치의 쇽옵저버(11)사이에 충격을 완화해 주는 튜브형완충재(14)를 삽입한다. 너클(18)의 밑 부분인 너클하부(19)는 튜브형스프링지지체(13)의 중심과 링크한다. 주행 시 바퀴에 전달된 충격이 너클(18)에 연결된 스핀들(20)을 통해 전해져 오면, 상하의 충격은 대부분 기존의 현가장치가 흡수한다. 전후 방향의 충격은 너클상부(17)를 축으로 한 모멘트로 변하고, 이 모멘트는 너클하부(19)와 링크되어있는 튜브형스프링지지체(13)로 힘이 전달되어 스프링(12)이 상하운동을 하며 이 충격을 완화 시킨다. 또한, 튜브형스프링지지체(13)와 기존의 쇽옵저버(11)의 접촉 시 생기는 충격은 튜브형완충재(14)가 흡수한다. 이에 충격의 방향에 따라 충격을 분산해 완화하기 때문에 효과적으로 충격을 억제할 수 있다.Referring to the configuration and operation of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings as follows.
