Claims (5)
- 일직선으로 수평하게 형성되는 몸통부(110)를 가지며, 이 몸통부(110)의 양측에 각각 형성되는 절곡부(120)로 이루어진 콘크리트 보강용 강섬유에 있어서,강섬유(100)를 구성하는 몸통부(110) 양측의 절곡부(120)가 제1 및 제2경사부(120a,120b)로 이루어져 있고, 이들 제1경사부(120a)와 제2경사부(120b)에 대한 각각의 길이(a,b)가 0.85:1∼0.95:1의 비율로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 보강용 강섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강섬유(100)의 절곡부(120)를 구성하는 제1경사부 (120a)가 수평의 몸통부(110)에 대하여 140°∼145°의 각도(α)로 경사져서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 보강용 강섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강섬유(100)의 절곡부(120)를 구성하는 제2경사부(120b)가 수평의 몸통부(110)에 대하여 10°∼30°의 각도(β)를 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 보강용 강섬유.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 강섬유(100)를 구성하는 몸통부(110) 및 절곡부(120)의 전체 길이가 25㎜∼35㎜이고, 직경은 0.3㎜∼0.9㎜이며, 인장강도는 100∼ 130㎏/㎟의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 보강용 강섬유.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 강섬유(100)는 수용성 접착제에 의해 15∼50개 단위로 연결하여 다발형태로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 보강용 강섬유.
