Abstract

본 고안은 하이브리드 자동차의 동력 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 이런 자동차는 동력으로 전기와 화석연료를 동시에 사용하여 연비를 회기적으로 향상시킨 미래형 자동차이다.
본 고안은 모터의 에너지원인 배터리를 엔진동력으로 충전하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 배기터빈(2)을 터빈축(10)을 통해서 발전기 겸용 모터(3)에 직결하여, 엔진(1)이 가동될 때 나오는 배기가스로 발전기 겸용 모터(3)를 돌려 배터리를 충전하고, 만약 이렇게 했음에도 배터리 충전량이 부족 시 엔진측 클러치(6)와 발전기 겸용 모터(3)의 모터측 클러치(5)를 연결하여 엔진출력으로 배터리를 충전할 수 있게하여 운전자가 충전해야하는 불편함도 덜고 배기에너지도 회수하여 유용하게 사용하는 고안이다.

Description

하이브리드 자동차의 동력 시스템{ Power System of Hybrid Vehicle}
본 고안은 하이브리드 자동차의 동력 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 이런 자동차는 동력으로 전기와 화석연료를 동시에 사용하여 연비를 회기적으로 향상시킨 미래형 자동차이다.
전기는 출발시나 저속시에 사용하고 자동차의 속도가 높아짐에 따라 화석연료 엔진을 기동하여 사용한다. 따라서 불필요한 자동차 공회전을 방지하여 연비를 획기적으로 향상시키는 미래의 자동차이다.
지금의 하이브리드 자동차의 전기는 배터리를 이용하여 충전하여 사용하고 있다.
본 고안은 모터의 에너지원인 배터리를 엔진동력으로 충전하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 배터리를 운전자가 정기적으로 충전하는 일은 매우 번거로운 일이 아닐 수 없는데 이런 불편함을 없애자는데 그 목적이 있다.

이하 첨부된 도면에 의해 본 고안의 구조를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1에 나타낸 바와 같이 본 고안의 구성은, 엔진(1)에 엔진측 클러치(6)를 설치하고 발전기 겸용 모터(3)에 모터측 클러치(5)를 설치하여 엔진측 풀리(8)와 모터측 풀리(7)를 와 벨트(9)를 이용하여 필요시 엔진(1)과 발전기 겸용 모터(3)가 각각 단독으로 동력을 전달하거나 동시에 동력을 전달할 수 있게 하고, 배기터빈(2)을 터빈축(10)을 통해서 발전기 겸용 모터(3)에 직결하여, 엔진(1)이 가동될 때 나오는 배기가스로 발전기 겸용 모터(3)를 돌려 배터리를 충전하고, 만약 이렇게 했음에도 배터리 충전량이 부족 시 엔진측 클러치(6)와 발전기 겸용 모터(3)의 모터측 클러치(5)를 연결하여 엔진출력으로 배터리를 충전할 수 있게하여 운전자가 충전해야하는 불편함도덜고 배기에너지도 회수하여 유용하게 사용하는 유용한 고안이다.
상기에서 살펴본 바와같이, 본 고안은 배기터빈(2)과 직결된 발전기 겸용 모터(3)로 배터리를 충전하고 엔진의 여분의 출력으로 또한 배터리를 충전하여 운전자가 배터리를 충전해야하는 불편함을 없애고 에너지 효율도 향성시킨 매우 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 하이브리드 자동차의 동력시스템에 있어서,
    배기터빈(2)을 발전기 겸용 모터(3)에 터빈축(10)을 이용하여 직결하여 배기가스로 배터리를 충전할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배터리 충전시스템.
