Abstract
본 고안은 해태(물김)를 건조하는 해태건조기의 열교환장치에 관한 것으로 기존의 해태건조기는 해태(물김)를 발장에 부착 및 건조된 김을 탈착 시키는 본체와 발장에 부착된 해태(물김)건조 시키는 건조장이 있으며 건조장은 노통(4-1)과 전동휀(7)을 갖춘 열교환장치를 포함하고 있다. 노통(4-1)에 경유버너(6)를 장착하여 노통(4-1)을 가열하고, 전동휀(7)에서 발생된 바람이 가열된 노통(4-1)을 거쳐 일정 온도의 열풍이 되고 건조장 내부로 유입되어 해태(물김)를 건조시키는 형태로 되어있다. 이러한 기존 방식은 경유버너(6)의 고온의 불꽃이 장시간 노통(4-1)을 가열하고, 경유버너(6)가 고정되어 있으므로 노통(4-1)의 일부를 국부 가열 하게된다. 이는 노통(4-1)의 열변형및 파손을 초래하고 국부 가열로 인한 열 손실이 막대하며 경유를 원료로 사용하므로 불완전 연소로 인한 불연소 가스 발생에 의한 연료소비 증가 및 환경오염, 생산성 저하 등의 문제점이 있어, 이를 해결하는 열교환장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.The present invention relates to a heat exchanger of a Haitai dryer to dry Haitai (watery), and the existing Haitai Dryer is to attach the Haitai (watery) to the foot and to remove the dried seaweed, and to dry the Haitai (watery) attached to the foot.
