Description
The present invention relates to a toaster using a humidity sensor capable of optimally baking bread by stopping the operation of the heater after sensing the moisture condition.
In general, a toaster oven is a device that adds a toaster function to bake bread in an existing microwave oven.
The conventional technology for the toaster function of the toaster microwave oven is shown in detail in FIG. 3, which is a circuit diagram of a toaster (not shown) using the temperature sensor 10 according to the related art. Referring to FIG. 3, a conventional toaster is supplied with power in accordance with a power source AC, a first switch SW1 for applying the power source AC to the toaster, and a signal applied by the first switch SW1. The heater H is provided. In addition, the control unit 20, the control unit is installed inside the toaster to output a control signal according to whether the temperature sensor 10 for detecting the temperature therein, the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 10 is a predetermined temperature or more A relay RL for outputting a control signal when the temperature input signal at 20 is greater than or equal to a preset temperature, and a second switch SW2 for turning off the power supply AC according to the control signal of the relay RL.
In the conventional toaster as described above, after the bread is put into the conventional toaster, the worker turns on the first switch SW1 to supply power to the heater H to generate heat. By this process, if the control unit 20 determines that the detected temperature of the temperature sensor 10 is greater than or equal to the preset temperature while the bread is being cooked, the relay RL of the control unit 20 switches the second switch SW2. Turn off the power supply to the heater (H) to complete the cooking operation of the bread.
However, the toaster using the conventional temperature sensor has the following problems in the case of continuous cooking. This was difficult to match the cooking time because the temperature of the toaster itself has already risen. That is, in the case of continuous cooking, there is a problem such as to be performed in a shorter time than the time required for the first cooking.
Therefore, the present invention is to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a toaster using a humidity sensor that can cook a good quality bread by determining whether the amount of moisture remaining in the bread is optimal.

The present invention as described above is equipped with a humidity sensor instead of a temperature sensor in the toaster of the microwave oven to stop the driving of the heater by the amount of humidity of the bread to be cooked. Due to this configuration, the toaster of the present invention can be used to bake high-quality bread regardless of the temperature rise in the case of continuous cooking.
Hereinafter, a toaster using a humidity sensor according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 shows a circuit diagram of a toaster using the humidity sensor 30 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 1, the toaster (not shown) is supplied with power according to a power source AC, a first switch SW1 for applying the power source AC to the toaster, and an application signal from the first switch SW1. A heater H that generates heat is provided. In addition, the humidity sensor 30 is installed inside the toaster to detect the amount of moisture therein. The controller 20 determines whether the amount of moisture detected by the humidity sensor 30 is a predetermined optimal amount and outputs a control signal. The relay RL outputs a control signal when the temperature input signal of the controller 20 is greater than or equal to a preset temperature. The second switch turns off the power supply AC according to the control signal of the relay RL.
Hereinafter, the operation and effects of the toaster using the humidity sensor according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described as follows with reference to the accompanying drawings.
2 is a flowchart illustrating a control procedure of the toaster using the humidity sensor 30 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to Figure 2, first, the operator operates the timer of the toaster to set the optimum time for cooking bread. In this state, the worker puts bread into the toaster, and then the control unit 20 turns on the first switch SW1 to apply power to the heater H. Then, the heater H is heated to bake the bread put in the toaster. In this process, when it is determined that the timer has reached the set time, the control unit 20 turns off the driving signal of the relay RL to turn off the second switch SW1 to terminate the bread cooking operation.
On the contrary, if it is determined that the timer has not reached the set time, the controller 20 outputs a driving signal of the relay RL so that the power source AC can continue to be supplied to the heater H. Then, when it is determined that the humidity amount reaches the optimum state, the control unit 20 turns off the drive signal of the relay RL to cut off the power supply AC to complete the cooking operation of the bread. On the other hand, if it is determined that the humidity level has not reached the optimum state, the control unit 20 continues to supply the power (AC) to the heater (H) to bake the bread.
In the case of continuous cooking, when the controller 20 compares whether the amount of moisture remaining in the bread is optimal and determines that it is optimal, the controller 20 outputs a driving signal of the relay RL to operate the second switch SW1. By turning it off, you can maintain a good cooking condition regardless of the temperature of the toaster itself.
As described above, the toaster using the humidity sensor according to the present invention, when it is determined that the optimum amount of moisture of the bread in the cooking process using the humidity sensor is determined to be optimal, and outputs the relay drive signal of the controller By cutting off the power applied to the heater, it is possible to perform the optimum cooking operation regardless of the temperature of the toaster even by the continuous cooking process of bread.
In the above, the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments described above, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art may be modified or improved within the scope of ordinary knowledge.
