Abstract
본 고안은 냉동고용 식품동결방지 장치에 관한 것으로 냉동고 내부의 일측에 마이크로파를 방출 할 수 있는 마그네트론을 설치하여, 약한 마이크로파를 간헐적으로 냉동고 내부에 방출하여 -10℃ 이하의 온도에서 보관중인 식품에 포함된 수분의 음전하와 양전하의 운동을 활성화시켜 얼음결정의 성장을 억제하여서 식품의 동결을 방지하고 장기간 보관하는 중에도 품질이 떨어지는 현상을 완전히 방지 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a device for preventing freezing of food for freezers by installing a magnetron capable of emitting microwaves on one side of the freezer, and intermittently releasing weak microwaves into the freezer to store them in food stored at temperatures below -10 ℃.
