본안은 컬러시트를 만들면서 축광안료를 첨가하여 축광효과를 가지는 다양한 색상의 축광시트를 만듭니다

Description

컬러 축광시트{Luminous Color Sheet}
컬러시트는 연두형광,오렌지색등 다양한 색상으로 2본 이상의 압연롤을 이용하여 시트를 가공하는 Calender 방식으로 만듭니다
컬러시트에 축광안료를 첨가하여 가공함으로서 밝을때나 어두울때에도 발광함으로 축광효과를 가지는 컬러시트를 만들고자 합니다
본 안은 투명 PVC레진에 축광안료와 투명성을 갖는 안료 즉 투명형광안료를 섞어 Calender방식으로 가공한 필름에 점착층과 이형지를 두어 컬러 축광시트를 만든다
투명한 PVC레진에 실리케이트와 알루미에이드가 함유된 축광안료 즉 SrO.nSiO2.mAl2O3:Eu,Dy 또는 ZnS 축광안료중에서 입자 50㎛이하를 5-45% 첨가하며 또한 투명형광안료 0.001-0.01% 첨가하여 2본 이상의 압연롤을 이용하여 시트를 가공하는 Calender방식으로 두께 90-300㎛로 컬러시트를 만듭니다
투명형광안료는 일반적으로 사용하는 형광안료가 아니라 투명도가 뛰어난 형광안료를 말하며 오렌지색, 연두형광색, 핑크색,등이 있으며 0.004%가 가장 적당한 비율입니다
그아래 아크릴계열 또는 기타계열의 접착제로 10-35㎛ 두께의 점착층을 둡니다 또한 실리콘 코팅처리한 이형지로 탈부착이 용이하게 합니다
축광안료와 투명형광안료와 PVC레진을 섞어 가공함으로써 컬러시트가 축광효과를 가집니다
주간에 컬러시트는 식별이 용이합니다 하지만 야간이나 정전 또는 소등시 식별이 불가능 합니다 이에 축광효과를 가지는 컬러시트를 만들므로 안전과 위치파악등 상당한 효과가 있으리라 봅니다,
또한 컬러 축광시트위에 인쇄함으로 축광효과를 가지는 컬러 인쇄물로도 사용이 가능합니다
