PURPOSE: A hood release handle of a vehicle is provided to cut down cost and improve assembling efficiency by removing parts as pins by rotatively assembling a handle lever to a base through an arm elastically combined to the base. CONSTITUTION: A hood release handle of a vehicle is composed of a base(100) fixed and mounted to the lower of a front pillar inner panel and formed with a hanging hole(110) at the center; an arm(200) including an elastic hook(210) formed at the side and elastically hung on the hanging hole of the base, a through-hole(220) at the center, and hanging grooves(230) formed on an outer peripheral surface at predetermined intervals; a handle lever(300) having a hanging rib protruded at the central inside and hung on the hanging groove of the arm to combine with the arm and rotate; and a torsion spring(400) interposed between the handle lever and the arm to apply return force on the handle lever toward an initial position thereof.
