Claims (5)
- 육골분 또는 어분 등의 단백질 30 내지 50중량%와 설탕10 내지 20중량% 및 잔량으로서 녹말을 포함하는 발효원료를 자연상태로 채취한 흙에서 자생하는 미생물에 의해 발효시켜 수득된 발효액 0.001 내지 0.003중량%, 인산화합물 35 내지 55중량%, 칼리화합물 15 내지 35중량% 및 잔량으로서 소량(7% 미만)의 물을 포함하는 유기물들을 혼합하여 이를 50 내지 70℃에서 20 내지 30시간 동안 발효시킨 발효물을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 추비용 인산비료조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기물이 육골분, 미강, 어분 또는 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 상기 추비용 인산비료조성물.
- 통상의 발효비료의 제조에 있어서,(1) 육골분 또는 어분 등의 단백질 30 내지 50중량%와 설탕10 내지 20중량% 및 잔량으로서 녹말을 포함하는 발효원료를 자연상태로 채취한 흙에서 자생하는 미생물에 의해 발효시킨 후, 압착하여 발효액을 수득하는 제1발효단계;(2) 상기 제1발효단계에서 수득된 발효물을 압착하여 수득한 발효액 0.001 내지 0.003중량%, 인산화합물 35 내지 55중량%, 칼리화합물 15 내지 35중량% 및 잔량으로서 소량(7% 미만)의 물을 포함하는 유기물들을 혼합하여 이를 50 내지 70℃에서 20 내지 30시간 동안 발효시키는 제2발효단계; 및(3) 상기 제2발효단계에서 수득된 발효물을 건조 및 포장하는 후처리단계;들을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 추비용 인산비료조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1발효단계가 60 내지 70℃의 온도에서 12 내지 36시간 동안 가온발효시켜서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 추비용 인산비료조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1발효단계가 실온에서 60 내지 90시간 동안 상온발효시켜서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 추비용 인산비료조성물의 제조방법.
