Abstract
Description
본 발명은 일반파이프를 프레스 가공으로 중간부에 띠돌기가 형성된 리듀서관으로 성형할 수가 있는 리듀서관의 프레스 성형방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a press forming method of a reducer tube capable of forming a general pipe into a reducer tube having a band protrusion formed at an intermediate portion thereof by press working.
통상 리듀서관은 일측부와 타측부의 직경크기가 서로 다르고 리듀서관의 중간부에는 커플링으로 연결할 때 커플링의 선단 연결홈에 끼워 고정시킬 띠돌기를 형성시켜야 되므로 지금까지는 리듀서관을 제조시 주물에만 의존하여 성형하였으므로 생산 할수 있는 제품의 숫자가 한정되고 또한 제품의 무게가 무거워 제조원가의 상승원인이 되었다.In general, reducer pipes have different diameter sizes on one side and the other side, and the middle part of the reducer pipe has to form a band projection to be fixed to the coupling groove at the end of the coupling when the coupling pipe is connected. 일반파이프를 프레스 가공으로 중간부에 띠돌기가 형성된 리듀서관으로 성형하기 위하여 제1공정에서 리듀서관의 크고 작은 직경 중 큰직경 크기와 일치하는 파이프를 선택하여 내부주연의 용접비드(Bead)를 제거시키고 제2공정에서 리듀서관의 길이와 중간부에 형성시킬 띠돌기의 길이를 감안한 전체 길이를 산정하여 파이프를 절단시키고 제3공정에서 이 절단된 양끝단의 거친면을 매끈하게 가공시키고 제4공정에서 이 파이프를 프레스의 1차 클린칭(Clinching) 작업으로 파이프의 중간부에 띠돌기 폭의 2배 크기의 반원형 띠돌출부로 성형시키고 제5공정에서 다시 프레스의 2차 클린칭 작업으로 소정의 띠돌기로 성형시키고 제6공정에서 이 파이프의 일측부를 프레스의 관축소 작업으로 일측부 길이의 절반만 작은 직경으로 성형시켜서 일측부와 타측부의 직경이 서로 다르고 중간부에 띠돌기가 형성된 리듀서관으로 성형시킬 수가 있는 것으로 도면에 의거 제조공정을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In order to form the pipe into a reducer tube formed with a band protrusion at the middle part by press working, in the first step, a pipe matching the large diameter size among the large and small diameters of the reducer tube is selected to remove the weld bead of the inner circumference. 이와같이 본 발명은 일반파이프를 프레스가공으로 중간부에 띠돌기가 형성된 리듀서관으로 성형시키므로서 대량생산이 가능하고 또한 커플링의 무게도 주물제품 보다 절반이하로 경감되어 제조원가를 50∼60% 정도로 줄일 수가 있고 이와같은 제조공정으로 성형가공된 리듀서관의 사용상태를 설명하면 리듀서관의 중간부에 형성된 띠돌기를 이용하여 커플링의 선단연결홈에 요철로서 삽입시켜 고정시키므로서 일반적인 커플링으로 연결하여 사용할 수가 있고 또한 리듀서관의 크고 작은 직경의 내,외부주연에 나사부를 형성시켜 리듀서관에 직경크기가 서로 다른 파이프를직접 연결하여 사용할 수도 있는 것이다.As such, the present invention can be mass-produced by forming a general pipe into a reducer tube having a band protrusion in the middle thereof, and the weight of the coupling is reduced to less than half of the casting product, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost by 50 to 60%.
