본 발명은 가변저항(9)과 회전장치(11)를 이용하여, 손잡이를 좌우로 움직였을 때 나타나는 힘의 정도를 컴퓨터 프로그램(3)상에서 디지털 값으로 표현하도록 하는 측정 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 손 기능 재활치료를 위한 도구로서 악력기를 쥐고 펴면서 운동하거나 간단한 집기운동 등 그 방법이 매우 단순하였다. 또한 진행 상황 및 측정 결과를 일일이 기록해야하고, 기록 데이터 역시 객관성이 부족하여 치료도구로서의 제 기능을 다하지 못하였다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
