As shown in fig. 4, in the hand rehabilitation exercise device for elderly cerebrovascular patients according to the present invention, the gripping training component 40 is a sphere 41, and a ring 42 for placing fingers is disposed on the outer wall of the sphere; the outer surface of the ball body 41 is provided with massage salient points 43; the ball 41 houses a pressure sensor 44 which is electrically connected to a microprocessor 62 of the control unit 60.

As shown in fig. 6, in the hand rehabilitation exercise device for elderly cerebrovascular patients according to the present invention, the display screen 67 and the control buttons are on the same plane with the holding training component 40; the control button comprises a lifting knob 661, an inflating knob 662, a heating knob 663, a disinfecting knob 664 and a power on-off switch 665.

According to the hand rehabilitation exercise device for the elderly cerebrovascular patients, one side of the base body 10 can be opened for the convenience of operations such as maintenance and charging of the control assembly 60.

the training component comprises a hollow cube-shaped base body and a training component arranged on the surface of the base body;
the training components comprise a finger bending and stretching training component, a finger massaging training component and a holding training component which are respectively arranged on the front wall, the top wall and the left wall of the base body;
the dust-proof disinfection cover is composed of three square cover surfaces and can be buckled on three corresponding training components on the base body;
the device also comprises a control component arranged in the hollow cavity of the base body, and the control component is electrically connected with each training component and the dust-proof disinfection cover respectively.
2. The hand rehabilitation exercise device for elderly cerebrovascular patients according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the finger flexion and extension training component comprises finger pads corresponding to five fingers of a human body and a stretching component arranged below the finger pads;
the stretching assembly comprises a hydraulic rod and a micro motor which are respectively and electrically connected with the micro processor of the control assembly; the stretching assembly is arranged at a position close to the palm, and an included angle of 30 degrees is formed between the hydraulic rod and the palm;
the finger pads are connected together through an elastic belt.

the palm placing pad is provided with an anti-skid pad and a wrist fixing band;
the finger pad consists of a cylindrical fixing band and a pad body arranged on the inner wall of the fixing band, and the front end of a finger joint is arranged at the position of a groove of the pad body;
the two ends of the fixing band are connected through the thread gluing, and the width of the fixing band is 10-15 mm.
