Claims (3)
- 냉동 사이클을 이루는 요소들 중 어느 하나의 요소와 연계되어 페루프 형태로 냉장고 전면에 설치된 핫라인을 따라 일정압력 및 일정온도의 냉매를 유동시켜 상기 냉매의 방열에 의해 상기 냉장고 본체와 도어가 접촉되는 부위에 맺힌 이슬을 증발 제거시키는 이슬맺힘 방지장치에 있어서;상기 냉동 사이클 요소들 중 압축기 자체에서 발생되는 폐열을 함축하는 열교환기를 통해 상기 압축기 폐열과 열교환되어 기상상태로 상변화된 별도의 작동유체를 상기 핫라인을 따라 유동시켜 상기 작동유체의 방열을 통해 상기 냉장고 본체와 도어가 접촉되는 부위에 맺힌 이슬을 증발시키면서 액상상태로 상변화되고, 상기 상변화된 작동유체가 중력에 의해 낙하되어 상기 열교환기로 다시 유입되는 열사이펀(Thermosyphon) 방식을 이용해 상기 냉장고 본체 및 도어가 접촉되는 부위의 이슬맺힘이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 이슬맺힘 방지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이슬맺힘 방지장치는, 압축기 내부에 삽입되어져서 상기 압축기로부터 전달되는 폐열을 함축 및 상기 압축기 폐열과 열교환된 작동유체가 상기 핫라인 쪽으로 토출되는 것을 촉진시킬 수 있도록 형성된 열교환기와;상기 열교환기와 연결됨과 동시에, 상기 냉장고 본체 전면에 페루프 형태로 설치되어 있으며, 상기 열교환기를 통해 상기 압축기 폐열과 열교환된 기상상태의 작동유체가 유동하면서 상기 작동유체의 방열을 통해 상기 냉장고의 내 외부 온도차로 형성된 냉장고 본체 및 도어가 접촉되는 부위의 이슬을 증발 제거시키면서 액상상태로 상변화되는 응축작용이 이루어지는 핫라인과;상기 열교환기 내에 함축된 압축기 폐열과의 열교환을 통해 상변화(액상에서 기상)된 상태로 상기 핫라인을 따라 유동하여 상기 냉장고 본체와 도어가 접촉되는 부위에 맺힌 이슬을 증발시키면서 상변화(기상에서 액상)되는 작동유체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 이슬맺힘 방지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열교환기는 액체상태의 작동유체가 모세관 구조물인 윅을 매개로 상부라인으로 이동되도록 U자형으로 형성된 열싸이펀이 압축기 내부에 삽입되어져서 압축기 냉각오일의 폐열에 의해 가열되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 이슬맺힘 방지장치.
