Claims (12)
- 터빈의 증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트(10)를 형성하는 방법에 있어서,상기 인서트(10)의 기하학적 구조를 주조하는 단계와,상기 주조 인서트(10)의 세라믹 주조 코어(12)를 제거하지 않고 상기 주조 인서트(10) 내에 충돌 구멍(impingement holes)(16)을 레이저 드릴링하는 단계를 포함하는증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트의 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 주조 코어(12)는 침출제에 의해 제거되는증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트의 형성 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 주조 단계는 가압 주조를 포함하는증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트의 형성 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 주조 단계는 원심 주조를 포함하는증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트의 형성 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 주조 단계는 스퀴즈 주조를 포함하는증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트의 형성 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 주조 단계는 역 중력 주조(counter gravity casting)를 포함하는증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트의 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인서트(10)는 니켈 베이스 초합금으로 만들어지는증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트의 형성 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 인서트(10)는 니켈 베이스 초합금으로 만들어지는증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트의 형성 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 인서트(10)는 니켈 베이스 초합금으로 만들어지는증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트의 형성 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 인서트(10)는 니켈 베이스 초합금으로 만들어지는증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트의 형성 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 인서트(10)는 니켈 베이스 초합금으로 만들어지는증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트의 형성 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 인서트(10)는 니켈 베이스 초합금으로 만들어지는증기 냉각식 고온 가스 통로의 구성 요소용 인서트의 형성 방법.
