Abstract

PURPOSE: Equipment for composting food waste is provided to manufacture high quality fertilizer by homogeneous fermentation resulting from effective mixing and jetting the inflowing air forcibly during fermentation. CONSTITUTION: The composting equipment characterized by comprising a mixing unit and inflowing air unit is operated by the following steps of: supplying food waste, animal waste and coconut peelings to a fermentation tank(1) containing rice hulls and bacteria; mixing the waste effectively by operation of a mixer(6) moving left and right by a cylinder(7), a shift frame(3) moving left and right along the rail on both sides of the fermentation tank, and a moving frame(4) moving front and back along a guide rail(33) of the frame; flowing air into the fermentation tank forcedly by an air blower(9), wherein the air evaporates moisture in the waste and promotes fermentation.
