Abstract
본 발명은 수산물 양식에 사용되는 부이에 관한 것으로서, 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 수지 등의 재질로 브로우 몰딩 성형된 도넛형 중공동체의 표면에 바이오 세라믹 분말이 함유된 폴리우레탄 코팅층이 형성되고, 중앙의 통공부에는 받침턱이 돌출되어서 로프연결구의 걸림턱이 안착되게 결합되며, 로프 연결구의 상측에는 바이오 세라믹 분말이 함유된 폴리우레탄 커버가 밀착 형성된 구성이다. 상기에서 폴리우레탄 코팅층은 중공동체를 염분이나 외부의 선박 또는 부유물의 충격으로부터 안전하게 보호하고, 폴리우레탄 코팅층과 상부의 폴리우레탄 커버에는 비이오 세라믹이 함유되어 있어서 바이오 세라믹에서 발생되는 원적외선에 의하여 양식장 주변에 미생물이 서식하는 것을 저지하고, 적조현상 및 오염을 방지하도록 되었다. 이와 같이된 본 발명은 내구성과 부유 성능이 더욱 향상되고, 공정의 간결화로 인해 대량생산이 가능하도록 된 것이다.The present invention relates to a buoy used in aquaculture, wherein a polyurethane coating layer containing a bio-ceramic powder is formed on a surface of a donut-like hollow body molded into a material such as polypropylene or polyethylene resin, and having a central through hole. 본 발명은 수산물 양식에 사용되는 부이에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 부이의 부력을 증강시키기 위하여 동체의 내부에 진공파이프를 매설하는 방법을 주로 사용하였다. 그러나 진공파이프를 매설하는 구성은 제작이 매우 복잡하고, 또한 선박이나 기타 부유물의 충격에 의해 파손되는 경우가 많았으며, 해수나 태양열에 의해 쉽게 부식되는 폐단이 있었다. 그리고 동체에 로프를 연결하는 수단이 취약하여서 연결부 쉽게 손상되는 결점이 있었다.The present invention relates to buoys for use in aquaculture.
