본 고안에서는 이러한 종래의 문제점을 감안하여서 중공동체를 P.P, 또는 P.E, 등의 재질로 브로우몰딩 성형하므로서 다양한 모양 및 색상의 제품을 성형할 수가 있기 때문에 부구로서 양식장의 표식을 쉽게 구분시킬 수가 있으며, 로우프의 매듭부분을 부구의 중심하부로 형성하여서 로우프가 해면에 노출되지 않도록 할 수 있어서 로우프를 장기간 안전하게 보호할 수가 있다. 그리고 부력을 최대한 증가시킬 수가 있으며 동체를 경량화하여서 운반이나 설치가 매우 용이한 이점이 있고, 또한 중공체의 표면에 돌출시킨 돌기에 의해 폴리우레탄발포층의 밀림이나 이탈을 방지하고 두께를 균일하게 유지시킴으로서 중공동체를 안전하게 보호하여 방습 및 단열성이 우수하여서 염분이나 태양열에 의해 변형 또는 수축되는 것을 막아주게 된 것인바, 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In the present invention, in consideration of such a conventional problem, by molding the hollow body with a material such as PP, PE, or the like, it is possible to mold products of various shapes and colors, thereby making it possible to easily distinguish the marks of the farm. 이와 같이된 본 고안의 성형과정을 설명하면 제2도의 (a)에서와 같이 먼저 중공동체(1)를 브로우몰딩으로 성형하고 이 중공동체(1)를 제2도의 (b)에서와 같이 성형틀(6)내에 위치시키면 중공동체(1)가 돌기(2)에 의해 성형틀(6)의 내면에 균일하게 접속되어서 정확히 위치된다. 그리고 성형틀(6)의 내면과 중공동체(1)의 돌기(2)(3) 사이에 폴리우레탄을 주입하여서 압력과 열로 발포시켜서 폴리우레탄발포층(4)를 피복성형하게 되는데 이때 폴리우레탄발포는 강도를 높이기 위해 약 7-10배로 저발포하게 되며 폴리우레탄발포층(4)의 두께는 돌기(2)에 의해 균일한 두께로 성형이 되고 돌기(2)(3)에 의해 단단히 밀착피복이 되어서 밀림이나 이탈현상이 적고 안전하게 중공동체(1)를 보호하게 되는 것이다. 그리고 중공동체(1)의 내부가 진공상태가 되어서 부력을 최대한 증가시키고 중량을 최소화하여 운반이나 설치가 매우 용이하고 편리하며 중공동체(1)의 표면에 폴리우레탄발포층(4)이 균일한 두께로 밀착되어서 방습 및 단열성이 우수하고 해수나 태양열에 변형되거나 수축되는 것을 방지해주며 미생물의 서식도 방지할 수가 있고 제3도의 (a)(b)(c)와 같이 여러 가지 형태 및 색상으로 성형이 가능하여 다양한 모양 및 용도의 제품을 공급할 수가 있다. 그리고 로우프매듭부분을 부구의 중심하부에 설치하므로서 해수면에 노출되는 것을 방지하고 로우프를 간단히 설치할 수가 있어서 로우프의 절약은 물론 수명을 연장시킬 수가 있게된 유용한 고안인 것이다.Referring to the molding process of the present invention as described above, as shown in (a) of FIG. 2, the hollow body 1 is first formed by brow molding, and the hollow body 1 is formed as shown in FIG.
